The media could not be loaded. Update after one year: many of our family come visit and try it out. Everyone loves it and no one has a single complaint. This is one of the best purchase/investment. Now it is an habit that the visitors (my parents) would use the chair first thing when they come. This chair serves our families daily. For the value it brings, I say this is a very good price, not to mention the spectacular customer service before and after sale. Pros: Delivered tightly boxed, not hard to move it in to our ground floor. Super easy to assemble. Remember to take pictures while unboxing, it may help putting it back in the box for when moving. There are multiple massage modes we can rotate. In addition to the remote control, the buttons pad on the right hand side is very helpful for non-tech-savvy people (e.g seniors). Valuable features: intensity control, back heating, spot massage (useful if you only want neck, shoulder, lumbar, etc). Sleep mode won't return the chair to original position to avoid disturbing you when falling asleep. Many more... Cons: no con Suggestion: I wish the back heating and negative ions settings are remembered so we don't have to set it every time (their default are OFF)

I’ve had this massage chair for about 2 maybe 3 months now and I get in it every single day, every single conference call, morning and evening because ……. Why not! That’s why I bought it. My husband uses it 4-5 times a week as well. We love it! Delivery was fantastic and super quick. Just check your email for any questions they may have about your address to help expedite. We have tile throughout our home so I was able to slide it in to place with a little effort. It is very heavy so to avoid injury for sedentary people, make sure you have 2 people. It was 97% put together already. Not a single dent scratch or out of place item so extremely well packaged. The quality of the chair feels top notch. It won’t ever take the place of an amazing massage therapist but it sure does come close. It’s extremely quiet and quite comfortable to sit in. I had questions after delivery and the seller responded immediately. I would absolutely buy from them again for this reason! Great product and great service. I had knee surgery several year back from a motocross injury. I’ve had awful pain lately like an 8 on a scale from 1-10. I was 1 week out from getting my first cortisone shot bc Drs were convinced it was arthritis at 45, although I’m still active and well within my weight range with not a single health problem. I got the chair because I work from home and as a result sit far too much during the week. I thought doing this daily would help keep my back muscles and spine from exacerbating previous injuries. Broken bones mean spine constantly needs realignment. It didn’t even take daily to help. As the massage rollers went over my lower back and down the back side of my pelvis I felt the awful pain in my knee intensify. I let it happen bc the MRI and Xray showed no damage to the area that was in horrific pain. So I had no idea what was causing the pain. Only that it was odd that at my lower back at the top of my pelvis going down was causing knee pain! I set the focus of the rollers to stay in that area! By the end of the 20 mins I got up and NO KNEE PAIN. I told my surgeon and suggested far fetched as it sounds could it be my IT band and the pain from it tugging on the surgical site that currently has more than 5 screws about the size of deck screws right at the same location the IT Band attaches to the knee area NOT arthritis. Sent me to physical therapy where it was confirmed. No arthritis but due to broken pelvis from other motocross injuries now that I’m older the IT band is tightening to the extent it’s causing pain in my previously injured knee but nothing to actually do with the knee. Now I get in this chair every single day and as long as I do that I am pain free and it feels glorious. It’s cut down the number of times I need to see the chiropractor as well saving me money which was an added bonus. It has these amazing stretches for your spine and body and it feels so so good! So many different types of massages! Feels very well made and haven’t had a single problem with it. Needed a bit of guidance to use it. The directions are not good at all but just reach out to the seller and they immediately answer your question. Hands down If buy again and if you can swing the price which is very very good comparatively DO IT!!!!

Please understand that I don’t leave a lot of reviews and when I read reviews I take it with a grain of salt. But BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE there are Multiple things wrong. Don’t buy this chair if you accept a swing as shown in the video clip of this chair. It intermittently switches positions. The seller will tell you it’s unreasonable to expect a swing and saying it would make you dizzy. But describes the swing similar to the swing of a baby cradle just like it shows in the video but it’s not the how it actually operates. And they say you can return but only in original packaging so DO NOT DESTROY THE BOX. It can’t be returned otherwise. So I am stuck with a chair that doesn’t operate as advertised. They also send you a pdf remote manual after the fact. This manual is just screen shot of the remote no explanations of what’s being shown. You can’t adjust anything. Only the position of the feet and chair while your in an auto program. You can’t adjust any auto programs so really you either love or hate. You have little more control during manual but it’s not intuitive, the stupid picture manual is a joke. it’s just guessing game and the seller well tell you to “get to know the chair”. I honestly thought I did the best research possible. I read the entire discretion, watched videos, read reviews and questions. I went to the website outside of Amazon. I compared everything but still ended up with a purchase I regret. Know I guess I have a chair I better learn to love, I hate it right now. I want to cry, I am hoping someone reads this and makes a better choice than I did.
