The media could not be loaded. Update after one year: many of our family come visit and try it out. Everyone loves it and no one has a single complaint. This is one of the best purchase/investment. Now it is an habit that the visitors (my parents) would use the chair first thing when they come. This chair serves our families daily. For the value it brings, I say this is a very good price, not to mention the spectacular customer service before and after sale. Pros: Delivered tightly boxed, not hard to move it in to our ground floor. Super easy to assemble. Remember to take pictures while unboxing, it may help putting it back in the box for when moving. There are multiple massage modes we can rotate. In addition to the remote control, the buttons pad on the right hand side is very helpful for non-tech-savvy people (e.g seniors). Valuable features: intensity control, back heating, spot massage (useful if you only want neck, shoulder, lumbar, etc). Sleep mode won't return the chair to original position to avoid disturbing you when falling asleep. Many more... Cons: no con Suggestion: I wish the back heating and negative ions settings are remembered so we don't have to set it every time (their default are OFF)

This massage chair arrives completely assembled. It’s very heavy (sturdy) but two persons can easily slide it to its location. The chair has a good selection of pre-programmed massages with the ability to personalize the strength and timing of the massage. The blue-tooth speakers work well. Particularly love the “sleep” massage which literally rocks you to sleep and at the end of the massage leaves you in the zero gravity position so you don’t wake up. The remote control is easy to operate and lights up so you can see it in the dark. You can also operate the chair from an app on your smart phone. This chair looks sleek and is able to sit just a couple inches from the wall. This is my 3rd purchase of a massage chair and I think it’s the best value I’ve found. Love how it looks and the massages are wonderful!!! 09/02/24 UPDATE: It’s been nearly 2 years and my husband and I use it nearly everyday. Still love this massage chair.

Please understand that I don’t leave a lot of reviews and when I read reviews I take it with a grain of salt. But BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE there are Multiple things wrong. Don’t buy this chair if you accept a swing as shown in the video clip of this chair. It intermittently switches positions. The seller will tell you it’s unreasonable to expect a swing and saying it would make you dizzy. But describes the swing similar to the swing of a baby cradle just like it shows in the video but it’s not the how it actually operates. And they say you can return but only in original packaging so DO NOT DESTROY THE BOX. It can’t be returned otherwise. So I am stuck with a chair that doesn’t operate as advertised. They also send you a pdf remote manual after the fact. This manual is just screen shot of the remote no explanations of what’s being shown. You can’t adjust anything. Only the position of the feet and chair while your in an auto program. You can’t adjust any auto programs so really you either love or hate. You have little more control during manual but it’s not intuitive, the stupid picture manual is a joke. it’s just guessing game and the seller well tell you to “get to know the chair”. I honestly thought I did the best research possible. I read the entire discretion, watched videos, read reviews and questions. I went to the website outside of Amazon. I compared everything but still ended up with a purchase I regret. Know I guess I have a chair I better learn to love, I hate it right now. I want to cry, I am hoping someone reads this and makes a better choice than I did.

The media could not be loaded. After looking at many different options for chairs and having already purchased a cheaper roller style massage chair, I can honestly say, spend the extra money and get this one. After weeks of research, this chair has all the features of more expensive chairs for hundreds of not thousands less, the full SL track is a must and the automatic leg extension with calf heating are usually only on more expensive chairs. I've used a $4k chair before and this one is just as good and has all the same features and more(this one has voice commands) the leather of the chair is also soft and plush. If you are worried about space, it takes up less overall than a Lazyboy chair. The only reason not to get this specific chair is that it does have a hard plastic outer shell which makes it look like a space pod from the future, so if you prefer a soft leather exterior, this chair may not be for you. If that doesn't bother you, then get this one. Trust me, it will be the best money you have ever spent in your life, it will help you sleep better, help after workouts or just after a long day at work. Wait for a sale and you can get one for less than $1400. So worth it, usually takes about a week to ship.
