    • Good EUC to learn-Know it's going to get marked up.
This is my first EUC. I got it to cruse around campus. It took me a good 2-3 days to feel like I could go a running speed , the app tells me I'm traveling at about 10 MPH, and I'm still learning every day. I've had my wheel for about 3 weeks now. Every once in a while i will go fast enough the wheel gives me "Lean Back" if you ride a EUC you will experience this eventually. This is the wheel trying to tell you you are at your Speed Limit. This is a good reminder to slow down and take it easy. I'm hoping this wheel last's me for a year or 2 without problems. ... show more

    • Great beginner wheel
If you want to learn to ride, you can’t go wrong. The thing is a tank and at the price, growing beyond it in a short time isn’t an issue than if you spent easily twice or more for another… then dealing with any damage you may give it learning.

    • Power button failed to work after three days
I know this Inmotion ECU is a great product from other reviews. But my experience was bad. The first three days everything was fine. I enjoyed learning and could ride, turn, stop freely. Then the fourth day came, I could not turn on the power. I checked. The power button should "protrude outside" so that I can press it down to run on/off. But it is "dented" inside permanently. So I could not press any more. I also purchased the cover for this V5. So I don't think it was due to a damage from me. Also, the power button could not touch the ground when the EUC falls. I believe it is a quality issue. I contacted Inmotion, the manufacturer. Customer service was friendly. After a phone talk, I got an email asking me to provide details on the problem with photos. I did that. Then there were no follow-ups though I friendly pinged them twice. I also realized this item is out of stock at Amazon. So there is no hope I can exchange for a new one. So I returned the EUC and got refund. The only regret is that I threw away the original box on the third day thinking there would be no problems after three days of use. It turned out this broke on the fourth day. At UPS, I paid $50 for the boxing. (the shipping is free) Lesson: EUC can break down, on any day. Keep the original box. ... show more
