Pretty good, holds me weighing 285 lbs, good size, padding good, room for my 6ft frame. Pretty easy to assemble, take your time with arm rest brace bolts, they want to not line up untill you work rests into place.

Hard for one person to put together. The arms were an absolute monster to install without stripping the screws. The plastic/rubber cap on the lift mechanism won't come off as indicated in the half written instructions. (Literally, the sentence was not complete regarding the cap on the lift.) I've cracked the cap trying to pull it off and unscrew it with a pair of pliers. I've got the seat and back together but it's too heavy for me to lift onto the base lift mechanism. The email for customer support is a joke, they never responded to my questions. So I can't even sit in the chair to test it's comfort. And after waiting for more than a week for the chair, putting it together for the most part, I found a tear in the leather. I forgot to inspect the seat and chair back before assembly. Usually I would return a defective item, but this would be a huge pain to disassemble, repack and ship back. The chair is very heavy and would be more trouble than it's worth. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. I should have gone to Office Depot where I could have tested out a chair for comfort and had it assembled for me. I would not recommend buying a chair online. Addendum: I've had the chair for over a month and it is very uncomfortable. I must use pillows to make it more suitable and situate my body so that I have better lumbar and neck support. I would not recommend this chair for comfort. I'm going to the store and try one out before buying. Should have done that in the first place. Very disappointed. ... show more
