The motorcycle was great for my grandson for about 14 days, then it just stopped working right in the middle of him riding it. We thought the battery went dead, so I plugged it in and it sparked when I plugged it in and now it won’t do anything. Very disappointing!

The media could not be loaded. The bike won't run out of the box after being charged. Contacted their customer service and they asked for video that wouldn't send via email. After a few days of not getting a response from them I Contacted Amazon to get ahold of them and they asked for video again that won't upload so if this is the only place a video can be uploaded

They make the description so confusing that I ended up picking the wrong one. I thought the $300 one would have the sounds but not the app. Come to find out there is a $250 one a $300 one and a $500 one. I chose the $300 one and it has no sound it is very basic. The only good thing I can say is that it is very well constructed. If it was not a present for my grandson I would have returned it. But I had already opened it and he saw it on Christmas morning so I couldn't return it. Be very careful of what you order. Also it does NOT come with training wheels!

We reached out to them, and they handled the situation swiftly and efficiently, ensuring that we had a replacement within just 48 hours. Since receiving the new one, my son has been over the moon with excitement. He absolutely loves riding it around the neighborhood, feeling like he owns the sidewalk. He even jokes that he's just like his papa on his "Harley." Overall, despite the initial issue, I have to say that the HYPER GOGO Cruiser 12 is a fantastic product, and the kids absolutely adore it.
