I purchased the scooter to run quick errands around the neighborhood. My son in law picked it out for me, so it was a bit more powerful than I expected. My husband and son in law were able to assemble it following the directions on YouTube. I forgot to contact the seller to get the title to license it. Once I did make contact- I got to talk to people, not a “recording “-they took care of everything for me. Each person was very helpful. They even followed up to make sure I got everything I needed. I am very excited to start using my scooter around town! It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be.

The media could not be loaded. Came damaged like issues other people had. Fighting with supplier to get me new parts so it doesn't look like it came from a scratch and dent sale. It shakeslike crazy at 45 mph and above. They tried telling me it needs a oil change that is why it is shaking. Oil has nothing to do with a tire that is not balanced or a defective rim. Then they want to tell me the bolts are not tight. It only has one bolt and it is tight. It was checked and just fine. They also want to talk about it is not aligned. It doesn't have anything to align like a car would. I see why they give you a 30 day warranty cause it doesn't even last that long. They haven't so far covered anything under any kind of warranty. The exhaust has started a small leak at 400 miles and now rattles at the back canaster.

the scooter is big but the handle bar did come broken but it’s okay they are working with me to get everything situated , overall nice scooter i haven’t rode it yet but it’s nice

My Quantum arrived early and was simple to assemble. This is a zippy yet quiet ride and is extremely maneuverable. If you want a neat scooter to run around town, this is a sharp looking ride with space for your lunch in the trunk.

Took a bit to get licensed but customer service worked hard to make it happen. There was also damage from shipping but customer service was very quick to order me a new panel that is damaged. The scooter is very nice and I like it very well. Will buy from again.

The ride is smooth and quiet, 50 mph is like silk. I have had a few Tao bikes before and this one is leaps and bounds ahead of what I had before. The staff at Smart Deals Now was amazing! Thank you Hazel for working with me on the MSO/MCO. I will look you guys up when I buy my next bike for sure!
