This is a remarkably effective remedy!! The little tablets have a slightly sweet, pleasant taste, and within a few minutes of melting it under my tongue, my leg cramps subside. Sometimes I need to take a second to stop the cramping. I am very thankful for this simple solution to painful, sleep interrupting leg cramps!

I bought these, along with the cream of the same brand. After using the cream and waiting a bit, I will pop a couple of these to dissolve in my mouth. Eventually, the cramp will subside. I can't say that the lozenges or the cream is truly responsible, but I want to think it helps.

I love Hyland's P.M. Leg Cramps tablets. I put 2 under my tongue and let them dissolve, and within 30 minutes or less, I'm asleep and no leg cramps. I also take a homeopathic remedy, Tarentula Hispania, to quiet my racing thoughts and to ease my mind, 5 tiny pellets under my tongue. Together these remedies work, and I'm off to dream land!

I’ve been taking these at night for a number of years for terrible leg cramps. However, I feel that they have somehow changed their formulation as they are not as effective as they used to be. I had been able to take the. In the middle of a cramp and feel immediate relief but that is not the case anymore. Also I was able to just let them dissolve in my mouth but now I have to take with water. I’ve added a tablet of magnesium to my diet and drink lots of water but still get excruciating cramps when I’m sleeping.
