Definitely not snake oil! Doubtful about claims but this stuff actually reduces bruise healing time. Bruise easily so some “assembly required” Christmas gifts always end up with hand bruises - not this year they will be gone long before the holidays.

I am a nurse injector and perform a large number of filler treatments. I use this to massage afterward instead of Aquaphor, which I have used for the past year. This arnica ointment notably reduces swelling and bruising much quicker than with the Aquaphor ointment. I work in a spa and give all of my clients who I inject filler into, my personal number for emergencies. Every single one has reported quick healing times. My return customers have noted the bruising/swelling goes down in half the time. For context, it takes about 3-4 weeks for the swelling to subside when injecting lip filler. My return customers have reported noting the swelling is almost completely gone in 2 weeks! I also advise my customers to purchase and apply daily at home(no massaging). I also recommend they take arnica supplements when getting more than 1 syringe of lip filler or getting chin or jawline filler.     • Relieved burning pain from having my skin ripped off from waxing
I had this at home, never used it myself. But today I had my upper lip waxed and she pulled the strip way too hard. She ripped the top layer of my skin maybe a 2 good inches total. She put aloe and omg it burned. It swelled like a welt. I wiped the aloe off, applied this arnica ointment with a Qtip and immediately the burning was gone.     • Didn’t work for me
I bought this ointment to help with a pain caused by the sciatic nerve . It did not help in my case plus I did not like the greasy feel.
