Do not purchase this unit. I ordered two of them to cool two small rooms, and both failed almost immediately after installation. The first unit’s outdoor fan completely stopped working within 24 hours of installation. The second unit failed after approximately 48 hours of use. The installer thoroughly checked the electrical supply, wiring, and other potential causes, and no installation or power issues were found. The bottom line is that these appear to be very poor-quality units. A brand-new air conditioning system should not fail within days of installation, especially when two separate units experience similar issues. What should have been a simple upgrade turned into a frustrating and time-consuming process involving troubleshooting and dealing with defective equipment. To make matters worse, the seller has been very slow and unresponsive in addressing the issue. While waiting for assistance and attempting to arrange a return, I was forced to purchase replacement units just to keep the rooms cooled. The lack of customer support has only added to the inconvenience and expense. I am extremely disappointed with both the reliability of the product and the level of customer service provided.     • Dont let it intimidate you
ok, so we bought this unit (12000 BTU) in march 2025, it sat in the corner of my living room for a month because it was intimidating. I knew summer would be here soon so I just tackled it and wired the unit as explained in the manual. the intimidating part was putting a hole in my wall to run the lines to the outside unit. I put a 3 inch hole in my wall and knew there was no turning back now. once everything was connected by the manual, i called an electrician to run the wire to my panel box. I am not about to play with electricity. I thought ok, electricy, now it will work. NO! i had to call an Hvac guy to vacuum the lines and put in the R410A. Now that it is up and running as of the first week of June 2025, it cools as it should. I still have not figured out the wifi part yet...Im getting there. the only reason I am giving this 5 stars is because it does as it should. Its not the fault of the seller or the item that i am a procrastinator and let things intimidate me. My suggestion is to read the user/install manual..maybe multiple times. You may not have to call an electrician or Hvac guy as you may be qualified in those areas of skill, but dont let it intimidate you like i did. Just got for it. This AC was self installed in my RV. I was tired of the noise and high electric bills from the RV roof AC. This unit is whisper quiet and my largest electric bill since installing a year ago was $125 vs $300 when using roof AC. Only thing I don't like is the WiFi functionality and APP are garbage. Vendor gave me a partial refund because we couldn't get the WiFi working. I also bought a 9000BTU unit from the same vendor and installed it in the bedroom. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money
I purchased a mini split unit that worked for about 8 months before it stopped functioning. I contacted the company while the unit was still under warranty and requested service. I was told no technician could come out, but a customer service representative attempted to troubleshoot the unit remotely. When that didn’t work, I was told someone from another department would call me. No one did. I called again and went through the same troubleshooting steps. Again, I was told to wait for a callback. After several days, someone finally contacted me and said they would send a replacement part for me to install myself or find someone to install. The part never arrived. Over the next few months, I continued trying to follow up, but each time I was told someone would call me back. Now my one-year warranty has expired, and I’m being told nothing can be done. I reported the issue well within the warranty period, and the delay was entirely on the company’s end. I’m now stuck with a mini split that doesn’t work. This has been a complete waste of time and money, and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through and customer service. ... show more

Easy as pie setup, including the wifi. You just need a vacuum pump, a set of HVAC gauges, and a mini-split adapter to convert threads from standard gauges to the slightly larger mini split service port threads. Lay your lines out in the sun for a couple of hours to make them more flexible. Take your time with an assistant running the lines, and you should be fine. 12,000BTU unit works well to cool my 34' 5th wheel into the mid 60's, even though it's in the high 90's outside. The condenser is light, so i just made a bracket to hang it on the back bumper. ... show more
