The media could not be loaded. I had wanted a Solo Stove but couldn't justify the price. Seeing this stove for less than half off the cost I figured I would give it a try. I was a bit leary as there were no reviews for this yet. So far I have only used it twice but it works amazing. I don't see any difference between this design and the original solo stove design. Fire lights easily and as soon as the flame builds and warms the walls of the stove, the secondary combustion begins as seen in the video. Once this happens, it does become almost smokeless and is quite impressive. The stove arrived nicely packaged and even came with a decent bag for storage. Great fire pit for a fraction of the name brand, top ring has discolored as expected, outside of pit stays cool enough to not burn pets or kids that get too close, doesn't like large pieces, for best results I have used fine splits about 6 to 8 inches long, doesn't require much wood to make a nice looking warm fire. ... show more
