Great pendant light. My wife and I are investors and we use these lights in all of our flips because you always get ooohs and ahhhhs when people walk in and see them. Bright but not to bright. We decided to finally take down the lights that came in our own house and replace them with the lights that make our flips pop. So glad we did. What a difference. I am an electrician and have been putting them up for a few years now so their was no difficulty putting it up but I would say it's definitely easier with two people. It is easy to install. First you shut off the light switch. Then you wire in the base. The wire or strings that connect to the glad will be hanging off of them. Put the base up like that and make sure you make good electrical connections. Screw your base tight to the box with the round nuts provided. Then you determine where you want each glass to be. You literally just push each wire into the canopy until you get each one where you want it to be. I3ach one has an auto lock stopping mechanism as you put it up. If you need to bring the string back down because you pushed it in too much you will push that mechanism up with a flat head screw driver or your finger nail while you pull the wire back down slowly. Connecting the glass I self explanatory from there. Test the light before you put the glass on. You will kick yourself if you put all of this together and then the light doesn't work or you find out you didn't make a good enough electrical connection and have to take it back down. I'm always very happy with my purchase. I know their is a a lot of lights to choose from out there but you wouldn't be disappointed with this hanging over your dining room table! ... show more

Nice looking chandelier for a rental unit that's cheap enough that I won't cry if the renters break it. Fairly easy to assemble, but a little difficult to install to the ceiling box because it's heavy and awkward. Long, adjustable cords that work with almost any ceiling height. Dimmable with standard dimmer. Note that, because it is LED, the lights turn off at about 1/3 of the full dimmer range. Did see some flickering at lower dimmer levels. Didn't notice it at higher levels. Would buy again. ... show more

We purchased these to install over our small kitchen dinning table. The lights with its glow and modern looks totally changed the way the kitchen looks. There are five long tubes with individual glass covers. We have the option to hang the lights with varying lengths. Just make sure once you pull the string to set the height, it cannot be pulled back to a longer length; the pricing is 1/2 of what the HD or Lowes charges for these lights. This chandelier is so beautiful! Modern yet elegant. Installation takes some work and patience. You need to adjust the length of each light depending on the height of your ceiling and how low you want to hang them. Once the hard work is done, the result is breath taking.

    • Stunning elegance
I installed the fixture over this past weekend and the results exceeded my expectations. The fixture itself appears to be of great quality and installation was easy. The installation instructions were basically an exploded view of the fixture, but for the average guy it is mostly self explanatory with the parts. I would recommend a heavier rated fan box as the fixture is about 22lbs. I would also recommend installing the fixture right out of the box and adjust the height by pushing the wire into the fixture which will make getting the heights of the individual pendants easier. ... show more

    • A beautiful pendant light but poor quality control
I bought two of these pendant lights for my stairway. I liked the led crystal which meant you weren't staring up at a light bulb. I liked the ability to vary the length of the lights. Since I was placing two above the stairs, they had to be different lengths to avoid hitting people in the face. I bought the 5-light version. They came well packaged in huge boxes. Lots of paper, bubble wrap and Styrofoam. Assembling them wasn't a problem but I ran into some quality control issues. The LED crystal are held up by two Allen wrench screw on either side the screw into the casing and then the LED crystal. They are about 1-1.5 inches in length (my estimate). Some of these tighten up with the casing but at least 3 did not and you would keep turning the screw and it wouldn't tighten. Considering these are the only things holding up the led crystal I am concerned that the crystal may fall in the future. I was on a tight timeline, so I went ahead and had them installed. Lengthening the cords is a pain, and it takes some time to set up the lights in some sort of pattern - you need to decide the pattern and then set it up. Because of the fragility of the whole thing, it is difficult to do that, and it ends up requiring help from another person and a lot of measuring of things. The light fixture itself was heavy and required a reinforced box to hold it up. It also required the help of at least another person to install it. Once installed though it looks beautiful and really commands the space. Gorgeous lights. I just hope they last and don't fall!! ... show more

I absolutely love the look of this light. It is beautiful, and the price was reasonable. I also want to highlight the seller. Not something I usually focus on. The lamp arrived with 1 cracked outer tube. I notice the companies e-mail alias on the instructor guide that came with the light. I e-mailed asking about getting a replacement piece and heard back the next day. They responded with an apology for the problem, and told me they'd get a replacement piece out to me and would e-mail me with the tracking number. It's been just over a week and I already got the replacement piece. What a refreshing customer service experience! Thank you! ... show more
