I’ll admit, at this price point, this has to be crap. For the 230v, I needed to hire an electrician (all good). The unit comes recharged and the YouTube installation guide was simple. Cools quickly, quietly. Very very happy with this so far.

I purchased 3 systems one month ago. I had them installed by a technician. All of them worked perfectly. However, I experienced loss of Freon few days later for 2 out of 3 systems. I contacted the customer service for the warranty. I have to shout out for their excellent and professional customer service. It was later determine that the leak was caused by the installation. Purchased this item and paid A LOT to have it professionally installed and it won’t even turn on!!! Had the companies manager come out to make sure it was installed properly. It was! Had the electrician come out and there’s power going into the unit. It just doesn’t turn on. We tried every troubleshooting option in the book, the sellers troubleshooting options and online. The fact that I am responsible for this expensive shipping to send this back is CRAZY. The return process already sounds stressful so wish me luck that everything goes good. 5 star so far. Fairly easy install. very quiet both inside and out. as a extra measure I installed the purple flare seals as this is a weak point in these types of systems. BTU's seem to be correct, I have a 20X35' room with only one door as a heat source and cools down in 15 minutes. Will update if any problems occur. One complaint no reading of current room temperature, only the one it is set to. App and wifi works too. ... show more
