The air conditioner works, but the Wi-Fi connection does not. For whatever reason it shows that the Wi-Fi is on, but the app will not connect regardless. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and have made sure my network is not the issue, but it still will not connect. Well, that’s not the most important thing in the world, it is one of the reasons that I bought it so I could remotely turn it on before I got home, etc. so that’s out the door. Overall, I would not purchase this again because of that. EDIT: I contacted the company about the issue and it turns out the instructions that come with the unit are wrong. This unit is installed in a shed. Air conditioner seems to work fine. Hard for me to tell if it really is cooling as it should as the insulation is minimal. Installation was not that easy and there were several holes to plug to keep air and bugs out.
