Needed a bright ceiling light for a 12x12 bedroom. I ordered this and had someone come to run some wire and a switch with this fixture. It's nice and bright in my space and I looks modern as well. I just ordered a second for my downstairs back hall to replace an older fixture that my husband can easily switch out. Can't beat it for the look and price-hope it lasts a few years. ... show more

It's a decent light for the price and I'd buy it a third time. Not sure how many hours this is rated for, but we leave it on all the time. ALL day, into the evening. Very often, it is on all weekend for up to 72 hours. Four stars, not five, because: 1. This is the second light we purchased. Both times the parts bag (2 wire nuts, 2 wiring box screws that most wiring boxes already have) was missing. Now the seller/manufacturer includes a card that steps you through the process to contact the seller and ask for the parts bag. It annoys me that they couldn't include two wire nuts and two wiring box screws. 2. They added a sleeve over the hot and neutral wires that isn't very flexible and gets in the way when you're trying to line up the wiring box screws to mount the fixture. This was also annoying because you can't move it out of your way. Overall, I'd buy it again because the price is right and my annoyance wasn't great enough to send it back or rate it fewer stars. ... show more

Purchased a pair of these to replace some ANCIENT fixtures in second floor hallway. These things were easy to install and have 4 different color settings. The biggest problem is that the upstairs hall is now so well lit I expect to receive a painting assignment soon!
