Too much of the burner shows so more lava rocks would be nice. The flame in the still pictures is clearly photo shopped and not what it actually looks like. To get the real aesthetic look make sure you look at the videos on the product page. The instructions are a little ambiguous in a few areas. I had to unassemble and reassemble a few spots. There should be more directional arrows to help line up future assembly steps. Other than those minor things, it is really pretty nice and worth the money. It lights well after I looked at the instructions. You need to be aware of the thermocouple feature that requires you hold the switch in during lighting till it is warm. I actually like this safety feature.

When fire pit arrived, container in good condition. Found all parts per the parts list plus a few extra screws which normally doesn't happen. It took a little longer than the 30 minutes stated in the manual to assemble the pit. Part of the reason is some of the latter assembly steps and diagrams were a little confusing. After working through this, everything assembled and lined up correctly. The size is exactly what I wanted. It fits perfectly between our two gliders on the patio. It fired up without any problems and the warmth put out by the fire works just fine for us. Looking forward to enjoying the fire on more cool evenings.

My husband said it was pretty easy to put together, took himless than 45 minutes. Works great. Our kids loved making s'mores with it. Didn't give off to much heat. Love that it came with a cover.

One of the legs has incorrect screw holes, making assembly impossible. Customer service wanted me to drill holes, which didn’t work. Then they offered a full refund.
