My house has short ceilings. It was built in 1897. My ceiling height is 7'1". All lights we have had installed pose a problem with anyone who is tall. Years ago my husband tried to install a single track light. I hated it and it looked stupid. Then I found these lights. We have now installed 4 in our house and I just bought 4 more. I love the look. I love that we can adjust the softness of the light. I can make them very bright in my kitchen and soften the light in my living room and bedrooms.
