Absolutely love this couch. It is definitely worth your money! It is comfortable and soft. I wish the L parts were longer but that’s just a preference of mine. I have two dogs that shed a lot and i used my vacuum to vacuum off the dog hair and it came off super easy. The storage space is deep and the USB ports work. It was pretty easy to assemble and comes in 4 separate boxes. The size is perfect for an apartment and the color looks just like the phot and what I expected! It is very sturdy and easily movable. The couch is short, another preference but can also replace the legs if wanting too. The product came quicker than expected delivery. Shipper was quick and had great communication. I love my l sectional. It's so nice, comfortable, very easy to put together. Although I did have an issue with the FedEx delivery driver (Robert) whom never delivered my last piece...I had to schedule a pickup at the FedEx facility. Once I put it together i notice the back piece was bent ,I could probably fix it myself for my future order large I will be picking it up instead of having it ride on a truck to risk my package being damaged but overall I am pleased with my new furniture thank you Amazon!!!🤗 ... show more

I really wanted a new sofa for my small living room and this u-shaped cloud sectional was a perfect length making it a great choice. It’s so soft and comfortable. The color is exactly what I envisioned for our space and it gives a warm cozy vibe. It was really easy to assemble, came really quickly, and is great quality. The usb charging ports are such a great feature, as well as the cup holders and deep pocket space in the armrest. I absolutely love it. The only room for improvement would be a higher back support as having the back somewhat low has been an adjustment to get used to. The pillows on the back do tend to flatten after a while and need to be rotated and fluffed for comfort. They do bounce right back and remain good quality, but I’d give it 5 stars if they were a bit taller. Overall, super satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend! ... show more

Absolutely love this couch although it sits a little low. I bought risers and now it's perfect! Super deep cushions are amazing. The best part for me is that the 144" option has ottomans so I could set it up with them all on one side rather than U shaped. The shipping was super fast! Arrived in 4 boxes over 2 days. The assembly was amazingly easy too. No tools required! Pro tip: the instructions are inside the smallest box inside the center console. I actually opened that last and had put the whole thing together without instructions. It's sturdy too. It's also super soft and plush. So far it's been easy to get the dog fur off. Product was damaged and is a piece of junk. Buy at your own risk or better yet don't buy and then there is no risk. If you want to return the product because of damage, you first must submit a photo of the damage and then wait for a new part to be shipped. If you just don't like the cheap quality, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Any other reason for a return will cost you a 45% restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and skip the aggravation and go to a furniture store and buy a cheap sofa. ... show more

It came faster than the expected date , within 3-4 days from ordering. Did come in 4 separate boxes . Overall i love! The assembly was okay , received instructions but the cushions and what not were not numbered or anything so it was a guessing game.. when it came together it is so cute & comfortable, me & my girls love it !! ... show more
