I just assembled mine. Assembly wasnt bad, besides the seat. I don't really think the seat will last very long. I fear for it's effectiveness when 2 people sit on it. Maybe I'll take a board with me, just in case. Other than that it seems sturdy enough. I bought one just like it 20 years ago, besides it had a mesh steel seat with a cushion.

This stand will not fit 2 people of much size. I can fit in comfortably but it’s a little tight. The seat is the most uncomfortable thing and setup. The stand was very flimsy so I could not use all the runs on ladder. It also only has 1 point of contact on the tree other than the support. Had to use addition ratchet straps to feel safe. After first use bolts fell off and I had to replace with better ones. Will not buy again

Overall good. Not great. Pros: The stand is tall and sturdy enough. Cons: The assembly instructions are ok if you are ok with using them as a general guideline line. The mesh seat & it’s design is terrible. Mine literally pulled out of it’s housing after sitting in it for about 30 minutes, and I only weigh about 140 lbs. I cut a board and made a satisfactory seat as the replacement. It’s very difficult to put on the tree if you don’t have at least 2 people. The top rail would be better if it extended further forward about 6”.

Most all tree stands nowadays come with a mesh seat, they all are junk. They should offer a price to get 2 foot rests and use one for a seat and pitch the mesh seat.
