Features

  • Beep Alarm, Fault Prompt: Our nano aquarium heater has safety features such as low water level shutdown and overheat protection. When the temp control system detects a malfunction in the equipment, it will give an error code alarm and stop heating to prevent any potential damage or injury. Note: Although the system will automatically turn off the power when a malfunction occurs, residual heat in the heating rod may melt the shell. Please handle it as soon as possible
  • Black Look & Mini Size To Hide Easily: The 50-watt Betta heater with a 4" long x 1" high heating element design takes up very little space, which could effortlessly fit into 5-10 gallon small aquariums and is also suited for shallow water turtle tanks
  • Adjustable Temperature Control: hygger mini submersible heater includes an external thermostatic temperature controller, you can easily set the temperature by cycling between 59 and 93 degrees, and the digital display makes for intuitive viewing of real-time water temperature. Once the heater is on, an indicator light will tell you whether it is in heating mode or on standby
  • Intelligent Automated Heating: This small fish tank heater effectively maintains the water at a steady temperature, when it reaches below your set temp, it kicks on and then turns off when it reaches the desired temp. Also, with the memory function, you don't have to reset the temperature if you get power outages
  • Safety Instruction: Please keep the heating rod fully submerged, and use the two suction cups to make it easier installed vertically or horizontally on the tank wall. Make sure to unplug before water change or cleaning cool down the fish heater for 15 minutes

  • Simple to use and set up. Work great on nano tanks
Size: 20 Watt
After buying my 5th one I figured I'd give a review lol. I have only been using these for about half a year, so I can't comment on longevity much, but they're super simple to setup and use, very nice compact size. Overall just great heaters for nano tanks.

  • Best Aquarium Heater on the Market
Size: 50 Watt
Best EVER heater for aquariums. I have tried 5 different brands, this being the fifth one. Call me crazy, but I'm extremely paranoid when it comes to my pets. I've read horror stories about heaters breaking, zapping fish, or overheating and cooking fish. Any time a heater has any kind of temperature issues or temperature control issues, I throw it in a box and return it. I don't play when it comes to my creatures' safety. I had three heaters, two of which were brand new, that we're heating to higher temperatures than I was setting. In addition, they would constantly turn on and off before reaching the desired temperature, taking a long time to heat up. I would have to adjust these heaters constantly depending on my room temperature, but not with this one. This heater heats quickly and doesn't burn you or any fish. I've previously touched my heaters before in the tank while they were running and got scorched. Imagine if a small fish touched that. Oh no!!! While you can buy a plastic heater guard for these traditional heaters, they cost $15-25 for each guard. Yikes! That's as much as the heater itself! This one has a plastic guard built-in with it's design already. Genius. I can touch the heater without being burned and so now I'm sure my fish and snails will not be burned. It also has a remote to make it easy to adjust the temperature without putting your hand in the water. I do notice the thermostat reads 2 degrees lower than my regular tank thermostat, so I set the water to 76F degrees and it achieves a consistent heating of 78F degrees for the tank. Although this is a minor inconvenience, the pros far outweigh the cons. Every day it's kept the tank at a consistent temperature and I don't feel scared to constantly check the temperature like how my other heaters had me checking. Love LOVE this heater and will be buying the 100w and 200w versions for my 20 gallon and 30 gallon tanks. My 50w heater here pictured is in my 10 gallon Betta tank. ... show more

  • 10/10 mighty heater
Size: 50 Watt
Love the sleek design and accurate temperature. I loved it so much I ordered a bigger one for my 14 gallon right away. Works just as well. One of the features I especially love is that this thing will beep incessantly if not submerged in water! It's an awesome feature because it saved me during a water change. I have blown more than one heater in the past forgetting to unplug them during water changes or rescaping the tank. ... show more

  • Compact and reliable
Size: 75 Watt
Works flawlessly in my 20 gallon tall, keeping tank at 72° with room temps in the high 60s. Super compact and won't burn fish. Make sure to fully submerse the heater and get out any air bubbles from the ABS housing when first putting into the tank, or it will be a matter of time before it cracks from hot spots. ... show more

  • Temp different than thermo reading
Size: 75 Watt
**Update: The issue may have been the probe thermometer. I have tried 2 other heaters, and the same issue occurred. Accept, one heater said it was set to 79, and the thermometer was reading about 77. I have a new heater in the tank now, that has an attached probe thermometer and the temp is set to 79. I also used a regular glass thermometer, which is showing 79. So I have a feeling it may have been the thermometer all along and not the heater. So for that, I'm changing the rating to 4 stats, only because I can't be 100% sure. Also, I had the 75W for a 13.3 gallon, and it seemed to work a bit more overtime, compared to the 100W I now have. Otherwise, seems like it may be a good option after all. I love the look of this heater, and the ease of use. I ordered this heater for a 13.3 gallon tank, that a Betta was going into. Because it is a special order, my grail, Betta, I am not taking any chances with possibly harming it. I ordered an in tank thermometer, and there is almost a 2 degree difference between what the heater is set to, and what the thermometer says. The heater is set to 77, and the thermometer has been between 78.6 - 78.8. I initially had the heater set to 79 for my Betta, but the water temp felt warm. I put the thermometer in, and the tank was 80.8. I believe the thermometer more so over the heater itself. I don't know if this one is defective, or if this is a common issue & just how it works. I'm not confident in this brand, and will likely get a heater from a different brand altogether. Overall, it doesn't seem to function as it is supposed to, but it does seem relatively durable. I can't speak for the longevity, because I've only had it 3 days. The suction cups kept separating from the tank, and it would just kind of hang there, but eventually they stuck to the glass. It's an okay heater, but not one I would purchase again, or recommend. Looks great in the tank, but doesn't work as it is supposed to. For some fish, a 2 degree difference / fluctuation can be an issue. Not worth the risk to me. ... show more

  • Great
Size: 75 Watt
Did not come with the glass sticker thermometer in the pictures. Still a great product and highly efficient and accurate from what I get with my electric thermometer.
