We have had other mattresses labeled as a medium firm and liked the feel of them, we thought we'd be getting the same with this one but it's a lot softer. This is a nice mattress. It came well packaged and easy enough to unwrap and set up. For the price point I think it's an excellent quality and so far a week into it my wife and I have noticed a difference compared to our older broken down mattress that we get rid of. Again, it is nice but if you're looking for something firmer this would not be it. It's quite bouncy, especially with two people. ;)

I have major back issues that I received while on duty and will be dealing with those forever as they are "inoperable". So, I am quite "picky" with mattresses because I need support and still need it to not feel like I am sleeping on a board! Usually a "medium firm" is my "go to" as far as what to "try" in a mattress. (This doesn't always mean the mattress IS a "medium firm" though, but this one I think "fits" this description as it has good support and yet isn't like sleeping on a board either!) Like almost all bed mattresses now a days it comes vacuum sealed in a box. It expands fairly quickly and while you are supposed to wait 72 hours, I found that it expanded too full sized quicker than that. I sleep in just about all positions due to various ailments and other things. I found that I could lay in all of these positions and was comfortable doing so with this mattress. I found the mattress to be very comfortable to sleep on and it did not give me any back pain at all. (If a mattress isn't firm enough OR is too soft, I WILL wake up with back pain due to my injuries!!!) Now, mattresses like this one usually don't "develop problems" like "sinking or indents" until after several months of use so I cannot speak to the "longevity" of this mattress yet, but will update this review if I find that it starts "failing" in that way at all. This mattress reportedly comes with a 365-night sleep guarantee and a 10-year warranty according to the description. I'm not sure if this guarantee is 100% "legit" as very few queen mattresses in the $1,000 range have this type of guarantees. However, at the time of review the queen size 12inch mattress was under $260 with a $70 off coupon showing for me!!! At this price I personally WOULDN'T EXPECT any kind of "guarantee" like this I'd just BUY IT NOW!!! You could sleep on a new mattress every 2 months at that price for the price of ONE "name brand" mattress! I found this mattress to be VERY comfortable even with my severe back issues. Of course, the true "nature" of a mattress is how it "lasts" over a year plus as we all know. However, at the price of this mattress with the coupon this mattress is a "must buy" IMO for anyone on any kind of budget. I'll try and update this review in 6 month increments to let you know about how well it is doing, but for the price...personally if this lasts "only" a full year I would STILL consider this a "Steal" of a buy for the current price IMO.

Okay, how did they fit this whole dreamy mattress into that tiny box? I thought it was a prank. Spoiler: it wasn't. This thing is amazing. The gel memory foam hugs all the right places, and the zoned support? My back is definitely thanking me to getting this. It stays cool all night (even with my horrendous hot flashes). Plus, the edge support means I’m not clinging for dear life in the middle of the night. Total game-changer. Comfy, and spine-approved. 👏💤 I've only had it for a few days, and sometimes mattresses start showing their ugly side after several months. So I will update if my review changes. So far so good!

At first, I was very impressed with this mattress and would give it 5 stars. But after more use I realized that the weak support in the corners and at the sides is too big of an issue to ignore. When sitting on the side of the bed the weak support is very obvious, but less obvious is that it can be felt when lying close to the edge as you would often do with two people on a queen mattress. At the edge you get a subtle feeling that you might roll off the bed. It’s too bad since otherwise the mattress is quit comfortable and seems well made. Upon arrival the mattress is vacuum sealed and impossibly compressed, so it is fairly easy to haul it into the bedroom as compared to a regular mattress. But don’t assume it is light weight - the mattress is still quite heavy despite its small compressed size. After breaking the seal on the plastic wrap using the handy cutting tool provided (basically a letter opener), the mattress began expanding immediately and reached its full size within minutes, though the manufacturer suggests that it could take many hours to fully expand. I suppose if the mattress was compressed in storage for a longer time it might take longer to expand. The workmanship and material looks very good and when fully expanded it looks pretty much like any other mattress. So, given the weak support on the sides I can’t recommend this mattress for two sleepers, but for one person it would be an excellent choice. The price seems pretty attractive so I would recommend giving it a try if you sleep alone.

I’m really happy with this mattress! The quality is excellent the memory foam contours nicely to my body while the innerspring coils give great support. It’s the perfect medium firm feel not too hard, not too soft. The cooling top layer actually helps me sleep cooler at night, and I’ve noticed less tossing and turning. Plus, the 365-night trial and forever warranty gave me peace of mind. Definitely a great choice if you want comfort, support, and lasting quality!
