I was really enjoying these ergo grips until today. While doing cable flies I heard a popping noise, and the cable jerked. I looked and all of the stitching gave way. I looked and these are not eligible for return. They lasted 2 months. Very disappointed. Update. Shortly after I left the review their customer service team reached out to me. They apologized for the inconvenience. They then offered to replace the handles and refund the cost. Very impressed with this company and will def check out the other items they have. I have lifelong rheumatoid arthritis with replaced shoulders, hips, and reconstructed wrists…but I’m also a gym rat and jacked. I have to wrap my wrists tight for any type of pushing or curling that compresses the wrist (chest, shoulders, bi’s, tri’s) due to wrist pain and bone on bone….I need the added support. Using these grips instead of a typical cylindrical type grips spreads out the pressure across your hand better when using cables for chest or cable curls for bi’s. (When alternating hands like on single hand cable curls or single hand cable push downs for tri’s, I use a traditional cylindrical grip because it wouldn’t be smart switching out these left and right-handed custom grips every time you alternate hands). The shape of these grips fits a closed hand very well; it’s almost like a mold of a closed hand. HOWEVER, I’m on the smaller size and these grips are made for larger hands. They still help distribute pressure better than plain cylindrical grips but they could still feel even better if they were smaller and fit my hand better. Likewise, this would be a much better product if they offered them in 2 or 3 hand sizes (SM/MD and LG/XL…or…SM, MD, and LG). Everyone’s hands are NOT the same size. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Game changer. Way better on the hands and wrists…love the contraction from the tricep pull down and seated back row machine. I wear a “Large” in most work gloves and I find this to fit perfectly. My only change would be a heavier grip. It’s not quite hollow but I’d like it to feel solid. Still worth the purchase and will use as often as I can. ... show more

I am 6'4'' with rather large hands and I have to say that it felt way better yesterday when I was doing unilateral (one arm at a time) cable rows and pulldowns. Size wasn't an issue. The one thing that was surprising was that there is one for your right hand and one for your left hand - they are not interchangeable. Therefore, you will be clipping and unclipping them each time. I like the ability to adjust the angle of the straps when mixing style of curls. It distributes the weight on your hands, causing less strain. I'm able to push more weight with bench presses and curls.
