I mainly bought this to keep in my gym bag so that I always have an attachment to use. It was more for convenience but now that I've used it a few times, I've gotten so much more out of it than I expected. It's basically become the optimal attachment any cable exercise I do at the gym: facepulls, upright rows, tricep extensions, and cable curls. It helps me avoid any annoying shoulder irritation that other attachments usually lead to which has allowed me to add more volume to my workouts. Something about doing cable exercises with a fully closed fist creates an amazing mind-muscle connection that I can't get with any other attachment. Some might not like the way the material sits in the hand, but other than that there's nothing to dislike. For $20 this basically guarantees that I always get a good workout on the cable machine as long as I find an open one, which is amazing.

Love these. I carry them in my gym bag and use them on the pulleys. They are great for so many exercises using pulleys. e.g. Face Pulls, overhead W Pulls, overhead Triceps Extensions, Pulley French Press, Triceps Kick Back/Pull Downs, Seated Rows, LE Abduction/Adduction, Kick Backs, Hamstring Curls ect ect.

I've used a few different tricep rope attachments. This one is by far the most comfortable. You don't have to rely on your grip later on in your workout. The three different loop lengths really give you good variable hand placement. The neoprene adds another level of comfort. I definitely recommend this piece of equipment. It's a great price and works great.
