Most of the time, I use it in my living room, which is indoors, but I have also used it in the backyard on days when the weather was nice. My ability to move it back and forth between indoor and outdoor locations without using a great deal of energy provides me with versatility in the way that I organize my exercise routines. It is ideal for days when I want to work out while listening to music while indoors, and when I am in the mood for some fresh air, I can just as easily take it outdoors. One of the most beneficial aspects has proven to be the adjustable handle. I first believed that I would not be able to make much use of it, but once I had a chance to try it, I discovered that it gives stability during specific sorts of motions. For instance, whether I am performing more aggressive bouncing or doing side-to-side leaps, hanging on to the handle lets me feel more in control of the situation. There are times when I lower the handle or remove it entirely so that I may just execute free leaps. It is as if I had two items in one since I have the ability to change the arrangement based on my energy level or exercise type whenever I want to. It doesn't make me feel as if it is delicate or impermanent, despite the fact that it is foldable and little in size. As I use it, I have not experienced any wobbling or imbalance since the construction provides support for my motions in a smooth and fluid manner. One of the reasons I felt confident in my decision to choose it was the weight capacity that was indicated for it, and in practice, I can affirm that it feels sturdy and solid when subjected to pressure. Because I can depend on it, I am able to concentrate on the real exercise instead of being concerned about the equipment.

This is a fun trampoline and has weight limit up to 330 pounds. It arrives in the box folded up. Easy to open and set up. When done playing you can refold and tuck away. It’s sturdy and felt secure when jumping on it. Fun for adult exercise or just to jump.

Instructions to fold poor, but one figures it out quite quickly. The pole slightly shaky—might be less in lowest position. Rationalized that secure anyway as one presses down on handle bar. Only used it twice but very pleased that it seems quite well made and folds up compact, very easily (without removing feet and bar as others advertised). Would buy again!
