As stated in the description this battery is slightly longer (3mm) than a typical 18650 due to the higher mAh, (3500 vs 2600 mAh) but it still fit without issue in my Fenix headlamp. Fenix also states that 3.6 or 3.7 volts is acceptable on their website , which is the only other factor I was concerned about. I was a little worried when I put the battery in and my headlamp did not turn on. I put the battery back in several times before it finally turned on my light, but after I waited a little while. I think it may take a minute for the battery to go through its protection check when first installed, so if you have a similar issue just wait a minute before trying to turn on your headlamp. After that first minute of not working my headlamp now starts consistently the first time.. This battery was just installed and appears to work as expected. The brightness is equal to the original which was simply getting old and dying out considerably faster than when I first got this headlamp. I will update this review if the battery life does not live up to my expectations as I cannot judge that factor for years to come (hopefully). So far so good though!

Bought these for my headlamp. The batteries work great, charge in a charger or with the built in charger inside the battery. The plastic box that came with them arrived in pieces.

I actually read a review that was upset because you had to take these out of the flashlight to recharge. Well since my flashlight only uses one, that's not a problem. I love that they recharge with a micro USB cord, which it came with, and has to plugs, so you can charge both batteries at the same time. I've not had a need for them yet, but when I do, I will be glad I have them.

These work, but they're not super practical. Having to remove batteries from devices to charge them means that they're just not going to get charged very often.
