This adjustable digital torque wrench was perfect for my mini-split installation project. With the refrigerant lines, it was vital to torque them to very specific specifications. This wrench performed the task with ease. I was able to dial in two different digital specs I needed and easily change between them. The wrench has an audile alert to notify when torque spec is getting near, and another alert when it's right on. This is a great tool to have, and I highly recommend it!

Great quality! Jaws are smooth and easy to adjust. “Manual” is fairly cryptic but not too hard to figure out. It’s basically a folded instruction sheet. Seems accurate and easy to adjust. Can be set to record peak force used or to simply track your force without peak record. Blinking LED lights and beeps tell you when torque is getting close to setting. LEDs change from green to red when torque setting is reached. Continuous beep at reaching setting as well. Will be great for checking flare nuts on a minisplit. I will check settings against a mechanical torque wrench just to be sure, but it seems OK.

I think one of the reasons Amazon calls this a "Frequently Returned Product" is the reason I about returned it. The instructions say to insert the batteries + - into handle like most people would expect. However after trying 3 different sets of batteries it still would not turn on. I tried on a whim to insert the batteries in reverse of what the instructions showed and sure enough, it started right up! Very poor instructions in that reguard. Still havent actually used it yet - was way bigger and longer than I thought it would be since there is no mention of length, but seems to be of decent enough quality.

The adjustable head is very poorly machined, and it is very loose and sloppy. It does not grip fasteners tightly enough to effectively torque beyond maybe 35 ft-lbs, even on a >1" diameter nut. Too bad because the electronics and the way it works are great. It's just really not that usable for what it is designed for. Look at the jaw on some of the Summit or other ones, with an angled cut-out. Also see video for other Vanpo clicker-style torque wrench with the same useless jaw. If they had put $5 more into the adjustable head, this would have been great.

Easy to read display, nice to not have to bust out the reading glasses to set up a manual torque wrench with all the tiny lines and numbers. Very simple buttons. Used to set up a minisplit but will come in handy for lots of other things.

Quality build, easy to figure out the digital torque settings and good ergonomics. I ended up returning because it was too long for the tight space I was going to use it in. Would repurchase if I have a use in the future.
