I really like this pant. The stretch fabric is very comfortable. It may have been water resistant before washing them but not now. Not an issue for me, I did not buy them for that. And the quality is good. They have been washed many times and I don't see any fading. They wear well in the knees and don't loosen up like cotton jeans do. These pants are great! Pro's: These pants fit true to size. They're VERY comfortable and do not get too hot. The material is not too thick and I really like the "vents" that allow airflow behind the knees. I also really like the gray color! Con's: I haven't had this issue, but I'm not sure how strong the seems are that hold the "vents" behind the knees. Summary: I really like these pants so far. They're nice enough to wear to work, wear hiking, or (I imagine) use for tactical environments. I'll most likely be buying more pairs of these in the near future! ... show more

These pants are simply the best pants ever. They fit perfectly, they are extremely comfortable, warm for the winter and they aloud free movements with out any pressure. This is the fourth pants that i have in the last 3 years.. Excellent product !!!

I got these to try as my new work pants. Ordered one, then two more after trying them. Comfortable fit. Light weight, dry quickly, and the vents help with cooling. I was worried the vents would look strange, but they are hardly noticeable. Left side thigh pocket is large enough for iPhone 16 in an otter box case. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the color fade. I bought 3 pair of the “cougar” color and they all noticeably faded after just a couple washes, they look more like the desert sand now. Other than that, they are great for outdoor work in 110+ degree weather. Non restrictive, dirt and stains wash out easily. 9/10. More comfortable than the popular “tactical” clothing brand’s pants, and much more reasonably priced. ... show more

These are super-comfortable, stretchy in every direction. The pocket pattern is great - I like having lots of small pockets for poop bags for my dog, a dedicated narrow pocket for my pocketknife. I like that these extra pockets don’t have flaps like military-style cargo pants. Concerns, all of which are minor, not enough to knock off a star: I don’t see much point in the vents. The material is light enough to be suitable for warm weather. For me, these vents around the knees and groin are just entry points for ticks, and I will probably sew them shut. The zippered pocket adds bulk, and I don’t expect to ever use it. I’d rather see them eliminate it and knock off a few dollars. Stitching quality is ok, not great. There are several loose threads in various places such as the outer pantleg seam. None have come unraveled yet, but they look like they will. Elastic waist is super-comfy but a little too much. I have to wear a belt with these or they will fall down to plumber-butt level. But I would take this waist over the gathered-elastic style waist any day. I bought 2 pair, one gray and one “operator navy”. This navy is black, no hint of blue. I’ll probably keep them, but I wanted blue pants, not black. To repeat, none of these “concerns” are enough for me to ding these pants -1 star. I like them a lot and think they are a good buy. If they would eliminate the vents and the zipper pocket to reduce some NVA complexity, bulk, and cost, I would LOVE them. ... show more

These CQR Vent Stretch Pants are decent work pants overall, especially if you want something lightweight and comfortable for warmer weather. The material dries quickly, has a nice amount of stretch, and moves well throughout the day. I also liked the water resistance for light rain or damp conditions. The fit was pretty good, and the cargo pockets are useful without feeling too bulky. For casual work environments or light-duty tasks, they perform well and are comfortable to wear for long periods. That said, they don’t feel quite as durable as heavier-duty work pants. The material is thinner than expected, which is great for breathability but may not hold up as well in rough job site conditions. The pocket layout is okay, but I wish some of the pockets were deeper or more reinforced. Overall, these are solid medium-duty work pants that balance comfort and functionality, but they may not replace heavier traditional workwear if you need maximum durability. ... show more
