I love this lotion! I’ve tried several other options out there for healed or “more senior” tats of mine and this is my favorite by a long shot. It provides a nice non greasy layer of hydration for healed tattoos. I also feel as though it smooths my tats and brightens them somewhat. It’s like a matte hydrating top coat for your tattoos. The bottle is a good value. Good size for the quality and price point imo. Other similar options out there come in much smaller containers at similar or worse price points. The pump on the bottle is functioning well, doesn’t clog, and requires a light press. The simple black and white bottle looks good anywhere too-if you’re picky about aesthetics like I am haha. The consistency is pleasing and very easy to spread and the scent is nice and light. A little more subdued in this than the original aftercare Hustle Butter balm imo-which doesn’t bother me personally. Love this option though! So nice to have a convenient lightweight but still effective lotion for older healed tattoos. There are so many options out there that are just far too heavy or greasy that made me hesitant to properly care for my healed tattoos everyday-not anymore! ... show more

I have a lot of tattoos and have been looking for a daily moisturizer for a while now. I already have the Hustle Butter Deluxe butter and it's so soothing and rejuvenates my tattoos and makes them look fresh, especially after a new one. I've been also looking for a daily moisturizer and saw that they just released this lotion that's not tested on animals (which is HUGE to me) and it's super luxurious! It has the same scent (beachy!) as the butter deluxe, and it's smooth and creamy, and my skin just soaks it in. Oh and it's a pump top, which makes it easy. Definitely 5 stars. ... show more

Whenever I put this stuff on I always get compliments on my tattoos. It moisturizes and makes my tattoo pop so much. Besides that this stuff smells incredible and is such a great value. This is now my go-to lotion. It absorbs really easily into my skin and smells amazing. I feel like lotions either do not moisturize enough or are too heavy and greasy. This lotion is super light and leaves my skin feeling smooth. Highly highly recommend if you have tattoos or not

Heard about this product while getting one of my old tattoos retouched at the local shop - figured I would give it a shot. First thing I noticed was the smell; love that it’s not too intense and could easily pass for a regular lotion. The second thing I noticed was how well your skin soaks it up. Doesn’t leave a film of grease like other products I tried. I’ll definitely be buying again, especially as those summer months start burning up and fading some of my old ink.
