I used it on my Husky 125B handheld blower. Assembly was pretty simple, accept for the pivot tube. When I first looked at it, I noticed two slits cut into the end that slides over the new L shaped tube coming from the blower. The directions are a bit sketchy but did mention 'pushing the slotted end of the pivot tube over the elbow tube on the blower'. ( when I saw those slits, I though it may have been a return that someone had modified ) Once I had those on the blower, I attached 3 more tubes and goose neck for the height I needed. Leaned the tube part against the house, started the blower and one hand one the tube stack, the other on the blower. Just lean the tube on the edge of the gutter and little angle with the goose neck and slowly walk along and out come the leaves. The operation of it is somewhat awkward with the tube wanting move when you vary speed of the blower, but contrary to the negative reviews, on a single story house, if your of average strength, can walk and chew gum at the same time...you shouldn't have a problem using it.

I have five buildings with gutters that need cleaning a few times a year because we're on a heavily treed lot with Douglas firs (needles year around), maples and alders (leaves in the autumn), and lots of rain. If I don't keep the gutters cleaned, I have problems with fascia or foundations. So I make certain the gutters work. It typically takes a few hours of climbing up and down the ladder with a bucket to clean all the gutters. Yesterday, I used this kit and finished all the gutters in an hour -- and that includes setting up the attachment and cleaning up afterward. In the past, I tried making my own out of PVC, and it was too heavy and unwieldy. This product does the job.

Works well as long as you don’t go to high power. Whips back at higher air speeds. Poor connection after the part that goes on the blower itself. Does not fit securely and tends to come off. Very awkward to use but works pretty good, now and then.

I bought this to basically keep my downspouts clear during the spring and summer to stop water from backing up. Well I was so happy to be able to reach most of my gutters that I went ahead and did all that I could reach. When my gutter guy showed up in November he was impressed about how well the attachment cleaned the gutters but not so happy that he couldn't charge me full price. He's a great guy so I'll make sure that I'll just keep the downspouts clear ,but that might be kinda hard. LOL. The gutter attachment works really well. It's lightweight, easy to use, and really does the job! It can be a little difficult given the fact that it's long, but after using it a few times it became a non issue. I also like the fact that you can turn it left or right. It's given new life to my old 125B that was sitting in the shed. For the price of this you can't go wrong except in the eyes of your gutter guy.

The only way that the same engineers who build the Husqvarna machines participated in the engineering of this product is if they were drunk at a bar taking bets on who could build something the fastest. I'm sorry, but this is garbage and I'm frankly shocked to see all of the 5-star reviews. It perhaps works [somewhat] with a VERY specific home setup and with a very specific model of blower (even within Husqvarna's own family). Outside of that, it just does not work. So for starters, it is not intended to be fitted onto a backpack blower. Why this was the case - or why they didn't make a simple adapter tube for that is beyond me. But with a single slit down the plastic enclosure, you can accomplish it. And really, if you just hold your backpack blower to your side then it's ostensibly the same thing. Once a force is applied to it, the pole is fairly difficult to control. I was ultimately able to control it, but it is difficult. The main problem comes from the fact that it's impractical to keep starting and stopping to change the pole lengths out (if your house sits atop any kind of natural topography and the gutter is perhaps 10' off of one side and 18' off of the other). If it had some kind of flexible arm then it may be possible to angle it, but in the absence of that, it isn't very functional. But it also doesn't work well if you have leaf covers. The design of the tip is such that it points straight down (at the very top). There is no other attachment to adjust this. So as I DO have leaf covers, it is mostly ineffective to shoot the air down. Rather it has to flow at an angle typical to normal (non gutter) usage so that it can essentially dislodge stems from the gutter protector. But this can't do that. Granted, if I stood in a place long enough then I might get lucky and the downward force would unlodge the debris, but rarely was this the case. What's more is that because you're having to control the force of the pole at the original 90 degree bend (given the force of air), it's not especially easy to get any kind of specific control. So...I'm glad some people liked it, but I would return it to Hajman Q. Husqvarna right now if I could.

This fits my leaf blower well and it does blow the leaves out of the gutters, but it's very hard to hold and maneuver. There are two reasons. First, it is a bit flimsy and wobbly - and secondly, there is no kind of handle or anything else to hold on to.

#1 I bought this match up with Husqvarna backpack style leaf blower I recently purchased, this DOES NOT FIT ONTO THE BLOWER OUTLET OF THESE UNITS. I had to saw slots into the inlet end of this assembly and then duct tape it in place to get it to work. #2 The pictures show the outlet end as a flattened rectangle that would allow to get into tighter spaces. It is actually round. It comes with a removable end cap that reduces the hole size, but also restricts flow while still being tool large for tighter gutter spaces. #3 Doesn't perform well at designed task. Even with a high performance, gas powered leaf blower, it doesn't do the job. I had way better success with a smaller hand held unit and walking along the edge of the roof. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
