This is a an awesome machine, very versatile, switches from hedge clippers to weed whacker or pole saw very easily, each attachment is sold seperately, I bought the hedge trimmers because of it's heavy duty blades and extra pole length, it comes with a shoulder strap because it is a bit heavy but with the harness it's perfect, I only gave it 4 stars because the secondary handle that comes with it is poorly designed and it can't be tightened enough so that it doesn't slip, so I contacted husqvarna and ordered a different handle from another model and that works perfectly. ... show more

Heavy and awkward. Not enough power to keep blades moving. Stalls constantly. Very frustrating. Going back to battery powered.

Assembly was easy and no issues with starting, it did the job as expected. It does have a small fuel tank which requires refilling often, keep the gas mixture close. Box was a little rough upon delivery but none of the contents were missing.

The media could not be loaded. This review is not how I thought it would be before using this trimmer. I have other Husqvarna 2-cycle machines that are outstanding, for the most part as good as my Echo, Tanaka, Stihl tools. The hedge trimmer itself is built like a tank, top quality as expected. It’s made of nice strong, sharp material and cuts like a dream. This is a fairly heavy tool, so it’s not for the meek, so there may be an advantage that you are forced to take a break every 15 minutes due to the fact your out of fuel. The fuel tank is measured in fractions of Pints (0.63/0.3)… seems like a little more than a cup when filling. I am very particular about my fuel mixture, I use only Husqvarna or Stihl 2-cycle oil and premium gas in a clean gas can. My video is just the motor running and to me it doesn’t sound very well. It’s like the tolerances aren’t right with it missing and rattling and even cut off at times. The engine is my biggest complaint. Everything else on this machine is spot on. I hope that Husqvarna hasn’t caved to stock holders and are having inferior motors built by someone not up to their standards. This is a Sweden Company and it should be made in Sweden to maintain the quality it is known for. I was looking forward to using this equipment to do trimming and even let shrubs grow out so I could use the machine to do the trimming. I had to fill the fuel tank 3 times in about an hour, ridiculous. The engine sputtered and shut down several times. I attribute some of it to a break-in period because it kind of got better, but below the standard of quality I was truly expecting. I was looking forward to getting the other attachments… the chainsaw, weed-eater… all of them. Now I’m hoping that the trimmer section will fit on my Tanaka or Stihl, it works well. I really wanted to brag about how great this equipment was with a glowing 5 Star review… l guess I will try to make it work better with a little engine work and I’ll update if things get better, I’m really hoping it gets better, just disappointed at this time.
