This weed eater worked great the first tank of gas. 3 days later I filled it up again, and it would only idle. I went to return it, with a response of "Non returnable Item". Fortunately amazon stepped in and returned it without needing the product! I didn't think it could be returned due to fuel in the carb/lines issue. But Amazon is great, just not Husqvarna anymore. If I could give a Zero Star rating, I certainly would. The box delivered was severely crushed and the person that sent the weeder knew it was damaged. They let me buy this weeder knowing it was a piece of crap. I spent time trying to make it work and it kept turning off. When replacing the string it kept sliding off before I could slip it back into the weeder. Amazon should be embarrassed to even carry this item.
