I bought a red scooter to ride along with my daughter because she always want to ride her scooter to the park but she has no one to ride along with her since this pandemic is going on so I am her companion. When I was searching for the scooter, my daughter suggest that I should get a red color because it's my favorite color since she was riding her favorite color scooter pink. When the box came I was pleasantly surprised that it was a retail box. It was nicely advertised, I've been shopping online for so long I had forgotten how a retail box looks like, because everything came in a brown paper box. The scooter was ready to use right out of the box, pop the handle up and you're ready to go. The handle bar clicks in tightly into place, the 2 grips doesn't wiggle while operating. The handle grip is made from rubber unlike other brand that uses the foam grip that gets destroyed after a few months. Both wheels are made out of hard rubber and there are benefits to a rubber wheel. It provide a smoother ride because it absorbs more vibrations when compared to silicone wheels, rubber wheels have better traction in the rain whereas silicone wheel have no traction at all. As it is a rubber wheel it's stop power is greater compared to silicone because of the traction so when you need to stop you just ease in the break and it slows down dramatically, if you use too much brute force it will wear down the wheel fast. These scooters aren't made to perform tricks, they're made for leisure so it you treat it well it will last for quite a long time. I'm 5'9 170 lbs and the scooter handle quite nicely with the capacity of 200 lbs. The handle height is at a comfortable level I did not have to hunch my back while riding it. The standing platform is big enough for me to rest my feet while strolling down the road. The sling doesn't get in the way when I'm riding the scooter and when i need to carry the scooter it's always there ready to be use. Ten days of play and it snapped in 2 pieces. My 12 year old was the rider, and he definitely weighs less than the maximum weight. ***UPDATE*** the manufacturer contacted me today and not only are they sending me a replacement at no cost but they also refunded my purchase price. It sounds like it was mispackaged by Amazon and that's why it was damaged and they should not have this type of problem. Got this one for my 16 year old nephew, He is 5”7 and weighs 160. He is able to do all his jumps and maneuvers on this with no problems. He puts on his mask 😷 and does his little trip to the corner store so much easier than walking for him! So happy we bought it!

Being an auto mechanic, the last thing I want to do after a 10+ hour day fixing cars is hike a quarter mile to my car. I don't particularly enjoy the quarter mile hike in at the start of my shift either, nor the half mile hike round trip when (attempting) to find something to eat. Not that I don't enjoy hiking, it's just I'd prefer to walk two or more miles on a day I haven't been already standing on concrete floors for 10+ hours.. A walking commute which would normally add five minutes to my intended start, or subtract ten minutes from my thirty minute lunch is no longer an issue with this gem. Sure, my coworkers may laugh or snicker from time to time; but I have the last, hearty laugh as I'm scooting by them on my posh AF kick scooter towards my car. Meanwhile, they're dragging their achy, sore, ten hour shift hurting feet back to their car as I'm laughing my way home towards a cold brew and a hot steak. As far as features go, this scooter has everything you might need. Light-reflective stripping attached to the wheels, a solid grip-tape on the deck, three position height adjustments on the handle bar, intuitive and comfortable push braking, a brake mounted rear light reflector, solid grips on the handle column, and a very comfortable ride. To fold or compact the scooter it will first need to be on a solid surface, after which loosening the retaining clasp will enable you to lift a small plastic lever attached to the base of the front deck. Simple and easy enough, just don't attempt to operate the release while mid-air as it will not function. ... show more

Buying a scooter for my son was a top priority... he’s been asking for one and since we’re stuck home for quarantine i bought it... no better time to get one than now! It took awhile to choose one... he’s owned a razor scooter in the past that rusted up and we had to toss so I was looking for one that was painted to help cover the metal from rusting (my own theory) I found this one that had many colors for him to choose & he chose white!!! The cost was comparable to others and I felt it was a good deal! He was anxious for it to arrive..It arrived and was in new condition neatly boxed! It was easy to open and set up!! The height is adjustable and we got it to his desired size. It’s a really nice scooter if I must say!!! Quite heavy so I know it’s made of good quality materials yet light enough for him to fold up and put it away!! He has learned his lesson not to keep it in the outdoor elements.. he stores it when not in use so that it last long!! He has been riding this scooter every day since it arrived and he couldn’t be happier!!! It’s been keeping him busy for the past month with nothing else to do! It’s safe, low to the ground, has a foot break to allow him to stop or slow down when needed... he can fit 2 feet on the base!! Wheels spin effortlessly and doesn’t get caught up in too many cracks ... it glides gently!! The material of the wheels are really nice, strong & durable. With all the use it has not worn down or damaged yet... Speaking for my son... he loves it and I’m happy he’s playing outside daily rather than being stuck in the house on a device!! ... show more
