It's one of the best hoops for kids that Amazon has. However, it's not the greatest as far as quality. It's all plastic, you would think the rim would be at least steel, but nope it's all cheap plastic all around. The net started to loose strings when installing. I believe they have the recommended age like 6 yrs old, but the rim is WAY big enough for a 2 year old to play. Kids like it though, just not sure how long it will last outside. ... show more

Kids have had a blast using this set inside and outside. The set looks great and kids can dribble and bank shots with larger ball and backboard than our other kids hoops. All ages have played with set in pool and adjustable height lets 3 and up use well inside.
