The first time we ordered this, we got a box marked "Missent" and none of the screws fit. Everything was loose in the box and didn't come with any packaging. We tried to make it work, but with the screws bring the wrong size we couldn't. So we were forced to return the first one and try again. The second one came and it was perfect. Everything fit and canned together nicely. It's sturdy, and strong. My mom and I aren't small people, we've struggled with weight our whole lives, and this frame holds either of us perfectly with no noise. I have a similar frame on my bed, but her frame looks better, so I'm a big jealous. Only thing against it is it's too long for the actual bed. It seems like we got a twin-xl instead of a plain twin. This bed frame is a great buy. This was purchase for my son and his wife’ grad school apartment. They easily put it together according to the directions and supplies in the box. The frame is sturdy with no sounds when bed is in use. The frame holds the the mattress and 2 adults comfortably. Added bonus is the storage space that is available under the bed that allows them to store their bins and suit cases. Great buy for the quality and convenience of living in a small space.     • Easy to put together/Needs anti-slip

It was such an easy thing to put together. I suggest putting all the pieces in place before officially tightening the bolts, as I have noticed that tightening one side before you set up another will make it difficult to put the pieces in place. The bed frame does not hold the bed in place so buying grip/ anti-slip pieces would be recommended for those whose bed is against the wall corner! Otherwise, very simple, very clean looking, and lots of storage space under the bed. Using a 12" bed on my 16" frame has lifted it to where my 5'5 partner has to basically jump to get on. Struggled the first night as I ate an edible prior , as I was putting the feet of the bed in the opposite direction. But.. the next day when I was back from planet Uranus , I had take a trip to my local Lowes to get bed nuts. Unfortunately, the ones included would not tighten . Yes I even took the screw and nuts with me to Lowe’s to show the very nice gentleman, who laughed extensively as he made the comment “ those nuts are not going to screw anything “! By then this was 7am and needed my caffeine high so off back home (after a trip to Dunkin, directly across from Lowe’s). It was smooth saiiing after that. First I do like that it’s a solid frame. Definitely not as easy to assemble. Directions were not easy to read and screws were not labeled correctly plus some screws wouldn’t go in holes and not enough nuts for each screw. The slats are weird some fit and some don’t, like they are different sizes. Once bed moves some fall out. This frame is definitely high good for storing underneath. ... show more

It’s a great height for my new bed! I can put totes underneath for extra storage. It was easy to build (don’t tighten all the way until all corners are attached!) Only minor complaint is that it’s completely flat so if I lean on the bed, the mattress does slide as there is nothing to hold it in place (like a lip around the frame). This is a really good and solid bed frame/base. Came in a very compact packaging and very easy to assemble. I got the 18" queen size for my 12" mattress. It was easy to assemble even with my bad arthritis and a weak left hand due to a ulnar nerve problem. Once put together I was shocked how big it was. I have a Queen size mattress and this thing is big enough for a King size one. And I ordered the queen size frame. I am about 360# and was a bit afraid I would bend something. But it held, and My mattress is a 10 Inch Hybrid Mattress with Gel Memory Foam, Motion Isolation Individually Wrapped Pocket Coils Mattress. And I do not feel the slats, but it does move a bit but I was able to just put bit of grip shelf liner and it keep the mattress in place. ... show more
