The media could not be loaded. This took two people to assemble but my husband and I got it together fairly easily. The instructions and tools were great and all of the screws worked with the holes (trust the process and follow the directions exactly!). It’s a good quality piece of furniture for a deck. Because it’s winter, I assembled and kept it inside. I will miss it when we move it to the deck! I think it looks good where it is! Being “older” I looked hard for a tall back and comfortable, thick cushions. I also wanted a place to stretch out. This fits the bill. A lot of similar couches were tiny. This definitely is not!! Check the dimensions to be sure you have space!! I’m concerned about how well the cushions will weather if they’re left in the outdoor elements. But I can’t comment on that yet. I like that the two ottomans can transition to tables or footrests. And, this is the only piece I could find that offered the brown “wicker” (matches another chair that I have) with the gray cushions. The cushions are exactly the color shown. They are a somewhat brown/gray. I recommend this couch 100%!

This is a simple clean-lined resin wicker sofa that will be placed in a small LR. I've been intermittently looking for a smallish wicker or rattan sofa for a while and nearly gave up before settling on this one because it was available quickly, well-priced, and the cushions were a color I can live with. Most wicker sofas cost two to four times more and almost all are oversized for the space. No info was available about detailed measurements including about the width of the seat: eyeballing the picture led me to believe that the arms were narrow enough so that out of the total measurement I'd be able to lay down flat on it, and yes my 5'6'' fits, though with little extra room I assembled it alone, not fun, but if you have to do it solo here's something that helped me. Once I had the sides attached to the back, I installed the two center screws attaching the bottom to the back, with the sofa on its back. I could then attach the bottom to the sides, followed by the remaining bottom to back screws and then tightening all the screws. I found the instructions a little sparse and not doable solo. I used the huge flattened cardboard box on the garage floor for protection. The reason I assembled it there is because I knew that If I kept this item I would spray paint it. The grayish brown color is not terrible but would not work in my setting. The cushions seem fine, and came in the box with the the frame, unlike what was mentioned in some reviews. I noticed that there is a slight bowed-out curve backward in the top of the sofa back so the sides will be a little bit farther away from the wall than the center of the back. Not important to me. The frame is now sprayed "heirloom white" so this sofa will blend in with the inherited late 19th and early 20th century real wicker chairs and tables.

We bought this and 2 matching chairs. We are familiar with this type of furniture and it's assembly requirements. The furniture arrived in good shape, complete and we are happy with it. For others, I have a couple of assembly tips to make assembly easier. The seller is now including a ball end 4mm hex wrench which works better than the original short one. With that being said, I found that having a 4mm hex socket on a small ratchet speeds up the screw tightening process much faster. Also, I found it was much easier to assemble this type of furniture by mounting the seat panel to the chair back first and then lay it on it's side to install each side panel. By doing this, you have additional support to set each side on during assembly. It's also important to note that you want to leave all screws loose until the chair is completely assembled. Then, tighten the seat base to the back and sides first, then tighten the sides to back last.

Im so so disappointed. This arrived with broken rattan, missing pretty much all hardware except for four screws that were already inserted into the product. No instructions/hardware/tools anywhere in the box or cushions. Not sure if this was a previous return or something but it’s a huge disappointment to spend HUNDREDS of dollars on something i cant use and now at 7 months pregnant i have to haul this to the post to return it… not even sure it will fit in my car. I want to cry.

Overall a pretty value. Comfortable to sit in and the cushions are fairly firm and seem well made. Assembly was a bit challenging in some places, but we managed to get it done. There were a few broken pieces of rattan that we quickly fixed with some zip ties. If not, it would likely start to unravel.
