It is a very well built machine. Controls are easy too use. Not very bulky. Not very heavy to handle. The only thing is the calf massager is way to big for my lower legs. It barely touches them. And the calf massagers are not made of inflatable bags nor padded/lined with foams like the foot massager does. They are made of plastic only. If they can't get near enough to your legs at first, they never will. But he foot massager are made of plastic and a thick layer of foam attached on the inside. They work like inflatable bags like you see in compression massagers. If don't get closer enough at first, they will as they further compress your feet. And nothing is adjustable on this model. Love using this machine everyday since it got delivered to my front doors! I use it to help relieve the pain & soreness on my feet & calves after a hard day of working 10-12 hr shifts everyday. This machine is a life saver for me & it will be for anyone who has soreness, numbness, or pain after so many hours of standing or walking around or being at work on your feet all day! Love the machine’s ability to work out the kinks & soreness in both my feet & the calves at the same time! It is a miracle invention for my feet & calves! Would have given it 5 stars, but I deducted 1 star due to the fact that the machine can only be used for 15 minutes maximum at a time. You will have to keep pressing the button to get more time on your massage if you need it. I still love this machine and it was worth the $190 that I paid. It is absolutely worth every penny that I paid over & over from my daily use. This is a very well built, high end, beautiful construction, and the look is very modern & sleek (black color). The quality of this machine is amazing! It is not one of those cheap imitation machines that cost $50, $70, or $100. Get this machine. I am an actual customer who bought this machine for myself. It was a gift. The person likes it, it’s easy to use and seems to help with nerve issues. It is kind of heavy for the 97 year old to move about so we’re working on a set place for it at an out of the way chair in his bedroom.
