I do not have an Olympic bar - just a 1” inch. It comes with the 1” tube on the bottom. However if you use that way there is no stopper, it will start to flex the metal. I unscrewed and flipped. The 1” is on the top now as shown in the picture. Works well - was able to easily slide it under my smith machine attachment. ... show more

I was using a home made wood wedge for landmine work but wanted to finally get official. This was a reasonably priced option that fit into my track well. Now I feel the bar is more secure and had more degrees off movement than my previous diy setup.

Very simple to use. I ended up attaching it to my 3x3 power rack base leg/bar. The action is smooth and the natural arc really feels great for contraction. I put some neoprene padding between the landmine and the rack just to save from scratches and hold it a little more firmly. I used the short turn knob to lock it onto the rack with a piece of 1/4 wood between the turn knob and the rack. I have not used the turn knob that holds the barbell (I don't think it's needed) There are other options out there for more money but I can't imagine how they would function any better and they cost more money. Definitely happy with the purchase! I have a Viking press attachment for it coming later today, can't wait to check it out ... show more
