This sectional couch has exceeded my expectations! The fabric is so soft, the quality is pretty great for the cost, and it’s comfortable to sit on once you add throw pillows to the extra deep seats. I love all the storage and the ability to reconfigure the seating if our room changes or we want to mix things up. We have only had our sectional( the 8 piece) for a few days but we couldn’t be much more pleased. Customer service has been exceptional and I bugged them a lot! Like most of the reviews I have read, the shipments came 2 separate days but when they notified me the 2nd box might be as much as a week later, they expedited the shipment after I ‘complained’ and it was here the next day. I will say response from them takes about 24 hours but they never failed to respond. With my first inquiry, they offered me a complimentary 2 year warranty- let’s hope I never need to use it. We saw the sectional at a price of 1349 and really didn’t want to spend that much- it is scary ordering online without seeing and testing the comfort but Prime Days were coming up so we decided to wait to see if price dropped. Sure enough on July 24 the price was now $999- a $345 savings !!! I ordered immediately. The next day I checked on order and surprise!! The price had been lowered to $899!!! I contacted Amazon to ask for credit of the $100 but they don’t price match 3rd party sellers. So I contacted Hulala directly and they agreed to refund the difference! It took a little convincing but they do value their customers and hope we return. Can’t ask for more than that Now, as far as the furniture itself- it has met our expectations! It is huge! We wanted large and deep seating and it is definitely that!! It really isn’t a cloud in my opinion, it is much firmer than that, but that makes it substantial and is probably better overall for our bodies( we are 75.). Many have mentioned the back cushions being skimpy and I would agree they don’t match the seat cushions in substance but they aren’t uncomfortable. When I am sitting by myself I just put the armrest pillow behind me too, doubling the padding. The only thing I need to add is a small pillow behind my head, an easy fix. We ordered the blue and the color is totally accurate on Amazon pictures. As for assembly, whoever said 30 minutes must be superman!!! It takes quite a bit of time just unpacking the boxes. Once unpacked, it took us ( mostly my hubby) several hours over 2 days to get together ( but remember we are 75!) I think I have covered almost every detail/ oh, storage- so much storage. I only used the 2 ottomans for throws. And some complained about being hard to get into- we didn’t find it so. Others talked about it being so low- it’s only about an inch shorter than our former massive power reclining sofa/ not an issue. The only thing we are planning to change is to add wheels to the ottomans/ they are huge and heavy. We have them on a rug- if on bare floor they might slide more easily. Ok. I never ordered anything like a sofa from Amazon and was a bit skeptical about it but the return policy made me take a chance. So I ordered this sofa for our new house and it arrived in a timely manner without any issues. It was super easy to assemble and the fabric and structure is of high quality. I personally love the color ( it looks exactly like the picture) and it is so comfy. However, my family for whatever reason did not like it (color) so I reached out to their costumer service and explained my problem to them ( wanted to return the sofa) and they were extremely helpful and responded quickly. Without going into details they tried to accommodate my request for return but unfortunately because I already set it up and the reasoning for my return request was not really a good reason ( I totally agree ) they did help in giving me a percentage off the price which exceeded my expectations. This company knows how to please its customers ( even difficult ones like me). If you are on the fence of buying this sofa.. rest assured its a good buy ( if your positively sure on the color ). ... show more

We have the Amazon Chase card and have accumulated points for over a year to have enough points to get a sectional. After figuring out what size and shape would work best in our small space, we decided on a U-shape that was narrower so not to use up too much of one wall. Storage and being able to remove the fabric and wash it was also important. No matter how many sectionals were looked at, this sectional fit most of the must-have list. Then it went on sale for Prime day. Our points paid for all of it and some left over—can’t beat that. Now it’s ours! It took the two of us 2.5 hours to unpack the four boxes, sort each part, then assemble, and finally decorate, then sit on and enjoy our new sectional. We also used a drill instead of the tools that came with to use for the screws. Saved a ton of time! Recommend a drill. The beige sectional is beautiful, roomy, and comfortable! Enjoyed watching tv while lying down on it. This set up allows for two people to lie down comfortably or two people in the middle can use smaller ottomans to prop their feet, too. We decided to attach the last piece instead of leaving it free since there wasn’t extra room to put it anywhere else in the room. This setup gives more space to lie down. We have pillows for all seasons. They were taking up a lot of room in bags inside closets and storage. We were able to empty all the bags out and put them into the compartments under the sectional seat cushions. It is not as convenient to get into the storage without removing the cushion. We recommend storing what you need in them as you go so you don’t have to pull things apart again. Also, sections have to be moved around to make sure they line up correctly. That took a little maneuvering until everything looked right. It’s great because the sectional can be moved into many formations, so you’re not limited if you move, to set it up a different way. Amazing customer service! We originally received only 3 of the 4 boxes that were shipped. I reached out to Hulala Homr customer service directly and they responded same day to all of my messages and were in contact with FedEx to try to locate the box after FedEx changed the status to delivered but we still hadn't received it, they offered to send another box so that our order was complete. The box was shipped promptly and arrived within 3 days. Now for the sofa. It is comfortable to sit on, convenient storage underneath each seat. After the 48 hours of re-inflation time for the cushions they become even more comfortable. The pillows for the back did not fluff up as much as I anticipated but they are not awful. I love how customizable this couch is. Each seat is held in place by 2 metal u shaped clips that attach it to the adjacent seat, making reconfiguration a breeze! We have been enjoying this couch for a few months now and very impressed with its durability and quality. I expected the burnt orange to be more of a salmon color but it is really more rose/mauve. It is very deep cushioned and comfortable. We bought the 8 seater and it is such a great buy for the price.
