UPDATE: Seller has been very good to work with. It was my fault that I didn’t read in the description that the chair doesn’t have a tilting function. So I wasn’t expecting too much to be done on their end. But, they offered a partial refund since I couldn’t take the chair apart, nor could I repackage it to return it. The seller has been very understanding. The chair really is lovely and well made. I wish it could have worked out in the end. I thought this reclined but it doesn't. That is my fault for not reading the description. As others have noted, the sage green comes across blueish even grayish. Not what I was hoping for. I started a conversation to return it with the seller as they are expecting me to pay for shipping. So if you're on the fence about buying it, thinking, if you don't like it, you'll return it, get ready to pay a high price to return. I will update this review if the seller helps me out. I already assembled it and the chair seat won't budge off the base so, I'm guessing that getting it packaged up to return it will be as much cost as the chair actually cost. I love this desk chair! It looks lovely, very chic. It is well proportioned and comfortable. I was able to assemble the chair on my own. Directions were fairly clear. I had trouble getting the wheels to stay in place; one kept coming off. I just needed to more forcefully insert it. It comes in a large cumbersome box which is to be expected. It is stylish and this was important to me as I am a remote worker and my office space is in my main living space as well. It blends very well with my decor and doesn't look to officey. It is comfortable and sturdy. I am 5'10 and it lands nicely with the length of my femur. May sound silly but many seats are short and cut into my hamstrings. This one works! Only down is there are two screws that I have to continously screw back in. Not sure why but not hard and doesn't take away from the rest of the review or product ... show more

Great looking and material is really good quality. Easy instructions for assembly, but this particular model is a non reclining chair. I didn't know that, so if you are looking for a reclining office chair, look at their other offerings. UPDATED TO ADD: The seller has been very helpful, has excellent customer service & has made efforts to rectify the situation. So, although I still can't recommend the chair in regard to comfort & other issues stated below, the customer service is excellent & they do put effort into making things right. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This chair is stylish & aesthetically pleasing BUT it is absolutely the MOST uncomfortable chair. The back pushes you forward & has no give whatsoever. I bought it knowing it didn't have a tilt function so that's not what I was expecting. However, the back pushes you forward in an awkward way & is terribly rigid. The wheels/casters stick horribly. You have to really jerk the chair in the direction you want to roll & you may think it's not that big of a deal but it's so bad that it becomes a constant annoyance. I use mine on a hardwood floor & it still doesn't want to roll easily. If you just want a chair for looks only, it's great but for true functionality & daily use, it's a huge NO. ... show more
