I’m really happy with this runner! It looks beautiful, arrived with no creases, and didn’t have any weird smells like some rugs do when they’re first opened. It stays flat on the floor, although it does take a little extra effort or additional products to keep it from shifting depending on your surface. Once in place, it works great. I also love how easy it is to vacuum—it doesn’t get pulled up into the vacuum, even when using my regular vacuum instead of a stick vacuum. I absolutely love this rug! I previously owned a Tumble rug that was a very light color and wanted to switch to a darker shade. However, because I had already spent so much money on the Tumble rug, I really didn't want to break the bank on a replacement. I am so glad I tried this one because it is actually better than the Tumble rug! It looks incredibly high-end, it's wonderfully thick, and it is so soft. We have it placed in a high-traffic area, and it stays in place perfectly without shifting or sliding around. One thing to note when unpacking: When you first open it, it will look very wrinkled because it arrives tightly shrink-wrapped. At first, I thought this was going to be a major issue. However, I laid it out flat and gave it a really thorough vacuuming the next day. Within just a few days, all the wrinkles relaxed completely, and it looked perfect. I am very happy with this rug so far. It is very soft on our feet and I love that it uses OKEO-TEX standards for safer chemicals. It is very thin and lightweight which was expected for a washable rug, but I wasn't looking for anything thick and heavy. I have a small child and dog so I'm just looking for something cozy, easy to care for, and won't get ruined easily. The rug came folded which I was disappointed about but it laid out flat almost immediately. I was worried a thin, washable rug would move around a lot, but this one stays in its place due to the grippy backing. Within the first few days liquid was already spilled out in and I noticed the droplets sat on top of the rug instead of soaking into it, which is great for our needs. The price is great. I bought 6 in 3 sizes. The rugs are thin, (which I wanted to fit under doors), it’s super soft, and it lays flat right away. Pattern on bigger area rugs have same colors but just larger pattern. I like the smaller pattern the best on the runner because the browns are richer. Overall very pleased! One rug order was lost but I was refunded promptly and I reordered the largest rug, and it came the next day. I have the runner in the bathroom near shower and it dries quickly ... show more

I absolutely loved this rug when I first got it. The color, texture, and overall quality were exactly what I was hoping for, and it looked beautiful in my space. Unfortunately, after washing it for the first time according to the care instructions, the color faded dramatically. It became so much lighter than the original shade that it almost looked like a completely different rug. To be fair, I only washed it because my dog had an accident on it and the odor had soaked in. While the care instructions suggested spot cleaning, simply wiping it down wasn't enough to remove the smell. I followed the washing instructions as carefully as possible, but the rug still lost a significant amount of its color. I was genuinely disappointed because the rich brown color was one of the main reasons I purchased it. Other than the fading issue, I was very happy with the rug, which makes the experience even more frustrating. If color retention is important to you, keep this in mind before purchasing. I would have given it a much higher rating if it had maintained its original appearance after washing. ... show more

I have two toddlers and two 90+ lb dogs, we go through at least 2 runners twice a year in the kitchen. I don’t buy expensive rugs for that reason. But this one surprised me, while low pile, it is soft, feels elegant and I didn’t need rug tape. It stays put but I can easily vacuum with my Dyson. Will buy again. Although the rug was thin, it was nice and true to color in the photo and I felt the price was fair for this particular rug. Unfortunately I found once I opened it and laid it out in the area it was to be used, I found that I needed a larger rug for the space and they did not have one available in the pattern I liked. ... show more
