I absolutely love this shop apron! The chest pocket fits the width of my iPhone 6s Plus in an otter box rubber case, along with a mechanical pencil so I always have it ready. The waist pockets are great for keeping a tape measure handy, and holding a square as well. It was a bit stiff at first wearing but I like that and it did not chafe me anywhere. I really like the straps over the shoulders with the cross in the back which makes it very comfortable to wear for long hours. We tied a knot in the straps at the side grommets so it would be the perfect fit each time. Took only 15 seconds to figure out how to put it on with strap placement and now it's easy. I'm 6' 3" tall and it seems perfect for length. It keeps my clothes clean, and while the fine sawdust sticks to it that is just proof that I've been doing something!! Couldn't be happier with the stitching quality and feel of durability in this product. I'm very happy that I spent a few extra dollars to get a good quality product that looks like it will last a long time!

I almost never leave reviews on amazon, but this really deserves one. At the time I purchased mine, this apron was a still brand new product here on amazon with probably less than ten reviews. After I received it, I figured that the price was only as low as it was so they could sell them while there was still hardly any feedback. I thought that after selling a few hundred or these, they would no doubt raise the price after hearing how much their customers loved them. Now after two years it actually costs less than when I bought mine. Go figure lol It's still a bit hard to believe how little this apron cost considering it's quality. It's made from heavy duty canvas as the description says and really feels like a good layer of protection. It works great while I'm using my belt grinder as it keeps my shirts from having new holes burned in them, and it also works great while I'm forging steel (bladesmithing), since it protects my clothes and myself from most of the hot fire-scale that goes flying after hitting the hot steel. I'm also very pleased with how well it fits and how comfortable it is to wear. My previous cheap "leather" apron went around my neck, which I can't stand the feeling of, it's as if I'm wearing a weight around my neck or something. This one straps nicely over my shoulders, which not only makes it much more comfortable, but it also makes it feel lighter since my two shoulders are easily bearing the weight, not my neck. There are plenty of useful pockets on the front as well, so that is another plus. I would definitely recommend this apron and buy it again, although I'm not sure I'll ever need to.

Great customer service and wonderful product. I ordered this apron for my husband’s birthday. He is life-long woodworker. Anything wood in our house was crafted by him. That said, he never had an apron that completely worked, but the Hudson apron fits all of his desires…fabric that can withstand lots of wear and tear and pockets that fit his every need. I also want to give a HUGE shout out to the customer service. Without a long story, the unworn apron was damaged before I could even give it to my husband due to our overly enthusiastic dog. I contacted customer service to ask if I could buy the ties, and without a beat they offered to send a brand new apron. Wow! I recommend this product to anyone without any reservations.

I recently purchased the Hudson Durable Goods Heavy Duty Waxed Canvas Work Apron in Grey, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for me. As a DIY enthusiast, I'm constantly getting into projects around the house, and I needed something to keep my clothes clean and protected. This apron did the trick and then some! First of all, let's talk about the quality. The waxed canvas material is sturdy and durable, but not so heavy that it's uncomfortable to wear. The stitching is top-notch, and I can tell this apron is built to last. Plus, the grey color is stylish and goes with just about anything. But the real reason I love this apron is the functionality. It has pockets galore, which is perfect for me because I'm always misplacing my tools. The chest pocket is great for holding smaller items like screws and nails, while the larger pockets on the waist are perfect for my hammer, screwdriver, and other tools. And let's not forget the adjustable straps! I'm a bit on the shorter side, so I appreciate that I can adjust the straps to fit me comfortably. It's also great that the apron is machine washable, so I don't have to worry about getting it dirty. Now, I have to admit, I'm not the most graceful person in the world. I've spilled my fair share of paint and glue on this apron, but it wipes off easily and doesn't leave any stains. Plus, the waxed canvas repels water, so if I'm working outside in the rain, I don't have to worry about getting soaked. I have to tell you about a particular incident that happened while I was wearing this apron. I was working on a project that involved using a lot of spray adhesive, and as you can imagine, things got a bit messy. I ended up getting some of the adhesive on my apron, and I was worried it would never come out. But, to my surprise, when I got home and tossed the apron in the wash, it came out looking good as new! I was so impressed with how well the waxed canvas held up against the adhesive and how easily it cleaned up. It's moments like these that make me appreciate the quality of this apron even more. Aside from its practical uses, this apron has also become a bit of a conversation starter. Whenever I'm wearing it out in public, I always get compliments and questions about where I got it. It's not every day that you see someone walking around in a work apron, after all. But, perhaps the funniest moment involving this apron was when I wore it to a barbecue. I was grilling up some burgers and hot dogs, and I didn't want to get grease all over my clothes, so I put on the apron. Well, let's just say that my friends thought it was hilarious that I was wearing a work apron to a casual backyard barbecue. But hey, I like to be prepared for any situation! One of the things I love about this apron is that it's so versatile. I can wear it while I'm working on my car, woodworking in my garage, or even cooking in my kitchen. The apron is designed to be heavy-duty and to protect your clothing from any spills, stains, or scratches, which is perfect for me since I tend to be a bit clumsy. Another thing I appreciate about this apron is the attention to detail. The straps are reinforced with metal grommets, which means they won't tear or fray over time.
