I’m one of those that reads reviews before I buy…..but rarely ever writes reviews. This one required my input. Many reviewer’s mentioned that this chair is wobbly. I agree that it’s wobbly- IF you don’t follow the instructions regarding ‘tightening the screws from 50-100% during assembly’. This literally means tightening each screw just a little - move to another leg, tighten a little, move….and so on. That’s a lesson I learned the VERY hard way assembling other items - more than once (I’m a slow learner sometimes). The instructions aren’t great, to be sure (1 star deduction). It would be very easy to assemble with better instructions. The arms appear to be at an entirely WRONG angle at first….But if you have a bit of patience and common sense (more of the first!), you will get it. It’s more comfortable than I thought it would be. Getting into it-then into a reclining position is slightly awkward (1 star deduction), but once you’re situated, it’s very comfortable. I added risers to the feet because my ‘in home salon worker’ is ridiculously tall with a bad back….everything was custom installed for her height requirements;). 6 inch furniture risers work like a charm and are surprisingly stable! ... show more
