The pad itself is what I use more than anything and it's awesome. Using the handles for push ups really helps with form. All of the other accessories are great too. I will say the grips don't lock in so don't pick it up by them. Also, the little rubber pads underneath are not large enough to get good contact on my floors and slips around a lot. I bought a yoga mat and use it on that so it doesn't slide around. ... show more

I bough this to help with my pushups but it wasn't great for that purpose because the prepositioned handles don't suit my pushup form. I'm 5'4" and it seems like it was made for someone with a wider arm span. HOWEVER, I LOVE the band feature and use it every day for a quick upper body workout. Even a little glute workout! Push up board is what I was expecting 👍 accessory handles and bar seem sturdy and door hook gives variety of back exercises. The only downside is the bands are kinda cheap. 2 of them broke at the connection point during first workout.

I've had this for a couple weeks now and i really appreciate the flexibility of this home gym equipment. When I'm not using it, it fits great in a closet to be out of the way and when i want to use any of it I just grab what i need. You don't need to set up the entire thing every time.
