The first time I used this, I liked it, the second time I used it, it snapped in half, so I wrote a review and literally within hours of posting the review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement so if you’re on the fence about ordering, if you’re not satisfied the seller seems willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. As far as the item itself, I do like it and it gives you a pretty good home workout

I originally purchased it because I wanted to start working out a bit without having to go to the gym (I'm a shy guy). Now, everything was great for the most part, however, on one of the resistance bands, there was a missing hook(?)(picture attached, I forget what it was called). It's not a huge issue since I can just grab one from the other resistance bands I'm not using. But, as something I purchased, I expected all parts to be there in the box. Next, one of the anti-slip stopper things for the actual board. One of them was broken somehow. Keep in mind that I've only used this twice as of writing this review. On top of expecting every part to be in the box, I expect every part to be in working order as advertised. If it wasn't for those two points, I would've given it a 5 star. What's nice is that it comes with a bag you can store all the stuff in for easy carry. That was something I didn't expect, so it was a nice touch.

I bought this to get some range of motion with resistance. I use it 2-3 times a week; overall, it does what I expected. My first disappointment was the fact that it was a pain to change from just a bar to the one with rollers. I use it both ways, and going back and forth is a time consumer that interrupts the workout. I wished they offered just a bar to add to the set. The other disappointment was the resistance bands seemed light, and the only ones that gave me much resistance were the 40lb ones. The other two (20 and 30lb) haven't been touched. But now, after a few months of limited use, the first stretch band broke. I was doing a normal lift, and one band broke. It is unrepairable and renders the entire package unusable. I am a small, over 60 man, and I shouldn't be able to break a band this fast and this easy. The only thing it offers me now is to use it for push-ups. I could have bought something for 1/3 the price that does that. If you want something that lasts, look elsewhere.

I am deeply saddened to report that the resistance bands I recently purchased broke completely after just five uses, rendering the entire set useless. Initially, the bands seemed promising, offering a variety of resistances for my workouts. However, the excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The bands, which were advertised as durable, started fraying by the fourth use, and on the fifth, one snapped entirely, compromising my safety and making the entire set unusable. This experience has not only been a waste of money but also a stark reminder of the importance of quality in fitness equipment. I urge potential buyers to steer clear of this product and seek more reliable alternatives.

Im a noob and just start working out. I reccomend watching the video from the brand. Only after 3 weeks of use I can see big change on my body. I was bigger and now I look so much skinnier but still keep the same weight, my body is toning into muscles.
