The setup was easy and worked well. Battery life was weak and only lasted for around 4 hours. It would also get insanely hot randomly while in my handbag as if it was going to explode. I have never encountered that with similar huawei devices I have rented while traveling which was certainly alarming. The product description indicated that it had two external port for antenna, physical product supplied does not have the antenna ports. I had purchased separately the antenna, but I can not use, because the E5577-320 I received does not have the two ports for external antenna

Before I purchased the device I contacted Bell who was my wireless provider who then confirmed yes this would work on Bell. However when I purchased and brought device into store to get set up with EMEI number they informed me it was not compatible. I have now switch all devices including this hotspot to Rogers and works great. So yes works in Canada on Rogers. I love the Wi-Fi repeater feature to save data and then cellular when no wifi. ... show more

Fantastic product. Worked really well during my India trip. The battery doesn't last longer. Have to frequently charge it every 3 hrs, other than that no complaints. speed is way better than traditional mobile hotspot sharing. overall really liked it.
