We like this sofa and it is worth what we paid for as it is in our basement. There is a rip in the sleeve of the bottom seat frame chaise piece. We would like to have it replaced if at all possible, and if we get it replaced, it would then become a 5 star. It has great storage and our 3 granddaughters slept on it 3 nights and liked it. We just put our couch together today and so far we love it! We got all of our boxes at the same time (said it was getting shipped by ups but it was actually fedex) and it only took about an hour to put it together with 2 people, pretty easy build. The material is soft and the stuffing isn’t the fluffiest but it’s definitely not as thin as other reviews dramatize. The storage is perfect and pull out bed works great. Also ours had no smell like other reviews described and no damaged or missing parts. Overall we are happy with our purchase (so far lol)! ... show more

I’ll change my review once i actually get to build and use it. BUT the first box out of the 3 was damaged on the outside (FEDEX) but the 1st piece of assembly was TORE UP. the corner of the piece was tore up, i could see the inside of the wood. luckily i got a refund. i dont doubt that the couch is super comfy but its not cute to see tear that big on ur couch ... show more

It’s a really good couch if you are not trying to spend a lot of money in one. It’s firm, but very comfortable, all the parts are Velcro so you can adjust the back support as well.

Overall it's a solid sofa for the price you're paying, however two small pillows stayed flat, and back cushions are much thinner than in the product description, see pictures attached.

A little on the firm side but I don't mind so much considering I cover my sofa mostly anyways due to grands and pets. Storage is great and it's holding up well frame wise. I love it! (Sorry the pic isn't better for color etc)
