The chair is comfortable, however it rocks back and forth a little even when its locked to stay in place. The material on the arm rests is rough and not comfortable to have your arms on for long. I actually ripped skin off my elbow when adjusting myself once. Im giving it four because its cute, was easy to assemble, and is supportive for the back. The media could not be loaded. Comfortable! And the chair is pretty easy to assemble. I only had a problem getting the wheels to lock into place where they go. Just took a little more strength than I thought. My only problem with the chair is it does make a kinda loud creak sound when you adjust how you're sitting. Not enough of a problem to make me dislike the chair though. I still love it ... show more

    • Incredibly noisy chair!
I'm about 200 lbs and looked to replace my last chair - which I hated since I got it. It had worthless padding on the bottom, but it was adjustable for sitting on or as tall as a drafting chair plus it had a foot ring to use when in the tall position. This chair while generously padded, had non-adjustable arms (aside from moving up and away), the range between heights is very narrow (Seemed ok on paper), But IT IS NOISY.
