These are great little walkie talkies. Cute color, lightweight, and work really well. The only thing I will say is that they’re kind of complicated for a kid. It took me a while to figure out the channels and I definitely had to read the instructions (not a bad thing, just wasn’t expecting it). The batteries last a long time and don’t take that long to charge, and the range has been good so far. They don’t do that annoying squeaky thing when they’re close together either. They’ve actually picked up other signal so we’ve had to change the channel a couple of times, but they are awesome overall and do what theh were made to do. ... show more

Works. Good battery life. Cute. Good range. The down side: no private channel. Got these for 2 boys, 7 and 9. They had alot of fun until someone got on their channel and started messing with them. Said, I'm X presidential candidate and I want to smell your mom's hair. I know where you live", etc. The 9 year old was so freaked out that he demanded security cameras be put up. We took the walkie talkies away and my wife bought some with a private channel. May still keep these as I like them. ... show more
