I sold my pc about a year ago bc I don’t game much anymore. Fast forward to today and I was like I need something to play games with whether that meant getting a pc or a gaming laptop. I was skeptical because the gaming community has always been like gaming laptops aren’t as good and have issues. But in today’s gaming world and the advancements I thought I’d give it a try. 3 reasons why I got this: My job lets me work remote so I wanted something that I could take everywhere I neeeded. The price. The price was too good to be true It doesn’t take up as much space, AND I get a third monitor screen to use. So I’m using 3 screens in my setup. The price was incredible for the specs this thing has. When I built my pc it cost me 1600$ at the time and might be more if I did the same thing exact build. But this was HALF the price and it’s just as powerful. I get around 190 fps in Fortnite on max settings. I’ve gotten no less than 120 fps on all my games I play at max settings. This laptop has exceeded my expectations. I got the 1TB storage, 16GB RAM variant, and it's handling every game I've thrown at it. I tested it with Oblivion Remastered, and with all medium settings, 1080p, DLSS balanced, and frame gen, I'm getting a locked 144 fps. No complaints here. They computer could have come a bit better packaged but overall it amazing. It runs all my games perfectly and has a very good screen. The baterry could be a bit better but it charges pretty fast. So far so good everything updated, but like my hp omen you need to update the nvidia app from their website. Other than that my son loves it.
