After looking for the cause, I determined that the holes for the watch band pins were placed way too close to the end of the watchband arms. I was having a problem with my Fit vii watch losing a charge faster than it should…so I sent an email to customer service explaining the problem. Belle responded immediately and told me to send my Amazon order number for the watch and my address and they would send a replacement watch to me right away. That was yesterday….I just got an email with a tracking number for my replacement watch. It was already on its way. If you are having a problem with you Fit vii watch, do not hesitate to contact their customer service by email…they will take care of your problem right away….I’m proof of that. I would have given 5 stars, but it doesn't track my sleeping patterns very well. I work nights and therefore sleep during the day. Apparently this tracker must think you can only sleep at night. Quit wearing it to bed. Other than that it is stylish, tracks steps well along will all the other features. One great feature is it will find your phone, just tap the find my phone and start walking around. The tracker makes sound when you get close to your phone. ... show more

I found the sleep tracking surprisingly accurate and can see how many times I get up at night, how much deep sleep I actually get and my light sleep. It has helped me improve my sleep. I do wish it would track my steps more accurately. I do dancing (it doesn't track this) and it doesn't track all my steps because I'm not always moving my arm the watch is on. Otherwise, tracking the heart rate, BP and oxygen is great. Also I love the reminder to take a drink. One of my friends got one too to especially track her BP. ... show more

I really like this tracker watch. It does what I need it to do, and I like that it can track Blood pressure. My main issue is the charge lasts less than 12 hours, and that is annoying. Otherwise, a decent tracker for the price. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they were great. They answered me right away and sent a replacement. I actually received it a day or so ago, but no one told me, so I did not know it was here until today!! So far it seems to be holding a charge very well, I will try and keep you all updated. ... show more

i found the set up instructions lacking. However, as it's a pretty simple set up I was able to set the watch up after a few tries. Getting the pins for the bracelet into the watch body was really the hardest part! Instructions booklet is on the small side. Companion app is pretty simple to set up and use. For a basic smart watch and pedometer, which is what I initially purchased it for, I don't see any need to spend more. I am using the BP and Heart Rate functions and they are useful. I can't really tell how accurate they are, I will check next time I am at my cardiologist. ... show more

I actually ended up returning this for the upgraded version of the FitVII after seeing what this little guy can do. I wanted more modes for exercise. So being with the same app and program, I did like this. If you want just simple tracking modes, this is perfect for you. This watch was SUPER lightweight, like it almost doesn't feel like you're wearing it. Loved the magnetic band, super flexible and didn't pinch my arm. Stayed put once adjusted. Can still change the main screen with a few they have preprogrammed, I loved the astronaut one. Displayed all the stats like heart rate and sleep etc etc. Synced with Google Fit without issues, and just did it's thing. I just needed more for the more that I'm doing. ... show more

The watch was unfortunately missing the charging cable in the package. But as soon as the vendor found out, they sent me a replacement cable right away. The watch performs well and has good features.
