I recently purchased this HP Stream 14" HD BrightView Laptop. I was disappointed with its performance. I think it's better to spend a little more money and get a better computer. You cant even play simple games like roblox, the material feels cheap and looks cheap. The resolution is bad, but for just work it's pretty powerful. Just make sure to turn off S mode. I wouldn't buy this if I were you. Unless its strictly for work. I also suggest getting a refurbished Mac air 2013 , old but runs better and looks better than this.

At the time of purchase, the laptop was in perfect condition and I was very happy with the product. However, just recently, it suddenly stopped working. Now, the screen remains completely black, and it does not turn on at all despite multiple attempts, charging, and basic troubleshooting.I understand that Amazon's standard return period is 30 days, and I respect your policies. However, in this case, the problem appears to be a manufacturing defect that has occurred within a very short period of ownership. This situation is extremely disappointing because I had trusted Amazon for quality products and reliability, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.I kindly and respectfully request your help in resolving this matter. Laptop has some issues. There are some keys that don’t always work and I’ve barely used the thing so this shouldn’t be happening! The battery was junk from day one. Ive taken special care to charge only when needed and not leave plugged in all the time but the battery is dead all the time. It needs constant charging. It’s definitely not something you can take with you somewhere on a full battery and expect to be able to use it without plugging it in. I’m very disappointed .
