As far as the specs of the computer, you get what you paid for, but it arrived in pristine condition and when it blue screened and crashed, it had nothing to do with the make of the pc itself. The media could not be loaded. We don't know a whole lot about gaming laptops/computers but we've gotten my son a cheaper laptop in the past, and he fried it simply bc he was trying to play games that the laptop wasn't meant for. But with this system, all his games (roblox, peoples playground, Garry's mod, PVP games, fast paced shooter games, etc) and he hasn't had any crashes, or delays.
