I bought this computer for some mild gaming and to handle advanced features on Foundry VTT. The set up was easy and so far everything has worked flawlessly. My only gripe was the ship/delivery time. I ordered the item on a Monday with a stated delivery time of Thursday. I got a notification on Thursday that the product had shipped. So it shipped on the actual promised delivery date which was problematic for me. I contacted the seller who was very courteous and explained that Amazon handles the shipping and delivery, so in fairness I can't fault the seller for that. The seller did great by providing a great product. I would buy from them again. Amazon just needs to work on earlier notification of delays in delivery. ... show more

I bought this computer for one game: GTA V. Figured for a 9 year old game shouldn’t be too much problem. I had the PC for two days, everything worked great, downloaded and ran the game no problems etc. I powered it down after those first two days to go out of town for the holiday weekend. Came back and it is deader than dead. Have tried different power sources, outlets etc, and get no response at all. Very good i like that it has a keyboard and mouse inclueded glitches i little bit when i play fornite but still pretty good for my first pc the reason i gave it 4 stars its beacause of the glitches when playing games like fornite and i cant play HALO and it did not come with the side details which made me sad ... show more

Was able to plug and play. This was for my son's birthday he turned 12. He was able to sign into all of his stuff that he had on the old computer. I made sure this one came with the graphics card so if he wanted he could play the high fps games. And he is able to play them all. Had it since March 10th, connected to wifi that we have at home perfect. Until yesterday when he moved the PC from one corner of his room to the other, now none of the wifi options are there. Thanksfully I read before I bought this computer that I would need the wifi USB adapter that plugs in and lets him connect to internet, and I was surprised when we didn't need it, but I wish I would have bought one Bec now he needs one and has an Ethernet cord running through my living room. Grateful the Ethernet worked, but now I have to buy the adapter, which is completely fine since I was warned before I purchased. Anyways it did come 2 days later than expected. And overall it's been a fantastic experience, 250 for a birthday present is a little hi in our household so I was so happy everything has been working as told it would ... show more

the computer is good like it runs great but storage and ram is very low and sometimes the computer has to automatically restart itself because the computer gets stuck on a line of code but other than those two things its a pretty good low-budget computer but since windows 10 the operating system for this computer loses support this year 2024 think about that before you buy ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We don't know a whole lot about gaming laptops/computers but we've gotten my son a cheaper laptop in the past, and he fried it simply bc he was trying to play games that the laptop wasn't meant for. But with this system, all his games (roblox, peoples playground, Garry's mod, PVP games, fast paced shooter games, etc) and he hasn't had any crashes, or delays.
