HP helped me out with registering this computer. The HP Assistant program was a little aggravating at first, but the Technician was able to get this registered for me. We downloaded & tested out "Steam" on this. (What we used on the old computer, we didn't try out "OMEN" yet.) Very happy with the gaming graphics with our "Steam" account though. No lag, even when we ramped it up to the highest setting. (Played Quake, Blaze Blue, and more.) Went with Bitdefender Total Security, instead of Mcafee because of other's antivirus reviews. Working great so far. We were going to get another Cyberpower gaming computer, because the old one couldn't update to Windows 11. After comparing HP vs Cyberpower price, reviews, and more, we opted for this. ... My only complaint so far, is I wish I would've spent $50 more to get the 2TB HD & 1TB version instead of the 1TB HDD & 1TB SSD version, as downloaded games take up a lot of space on the hard drive. Also, not so crazy about Windows 11 forcing you to have a windows account to finish setting this up. Windows 10 let me set up without a windows account. I did have a windows account anyway, used it for the Administrator account, then you're able to set up Local user account without windows accounts if you want. You might want to update the sleep mode also. Went to talk to my son, came back short while later, blue screen. Tapped space bar, had to log back in again. Received in great shape, very easy to install and has the gaming speed that I require (X-Plane 12, Flight Simulator). The only issue with the purchase is dealing with the vendor (Lucky Tech LLC) in reguards to the Microsoft Windows 11H license key that should have been included with the PC. I have had several emails with this vendor and they are clewless as to what the license key is. I asked them to email me the key (hard copy) or to see why it has not be shown up in my Microsoft account (digital license) as all of the setup and registration was done online. Never the less, it appears that they have stopped communicating with me and if the Windows 11H OS needs to be reloaded because of a drive failure, I will have to purchase a new copy of Windows 11 since the vendor does not enclude the license key or digital license with this particular product. First week using it and is already crashing and freezing. I bought it so I can use it for video editing. It keeps freezing when rendering a video or even using photoshop. Too bad I can't send it back.

Honestly this is the best price you can get for your money literally the best deal I can find for a pre built pc only complaint is the power supply is loose so if the cord moves the pc turn off but other than that best deal

The unit started right up when I took it out of the box. Went through the setup process with no problems. The next day the CPU would not run. Lights and fans were on, but no signal out from VGA or HDMI. Contacted HP and conducted all their recommended troubleshooting procedures. No joy, the CPU still would not start.
